“Got the Mahi Mahi for a birthday dinner. The side it came with and the fish itself was great. Thought the sauce could be a little better. Was a little bland. The shrimp appetizer was phenomenal. The vibe in the bar is also fantastic. Very cool looking and gives like an old New Orleans oyster bar vibe. Server was great as well. She was going to let me use her umbrella to walk to the truck because it was raining and was going to bring it back to pick up my wife. But it let up so I didn’t need it. Will definitely be back to try a different dish.“

“This place does not look like much, but it is seriously legit good. We are from the NYC area and this place could hold its own there. Best Chinese food we have had in Indiana. Lomein and general tsos are really great. Sushi was very good too. General tso was slightly crisp on the outside, soft and juicy, on the inside. Slightly sweet, slightly spicy. No one else in Indy even knows that’s how it should be. We have had other things like pepper beef, also very nice. It’s a family business not a chain. Very nice people. Expect great food. Do not expect expensive decor. Prices are reasonable for the quantity and quality.“

“Today is Christmas and one of the busiest days for the restaurant. Although my order took more than 30 minutes, the employee at the front desk did all she could and was very attentive to the waiting customers. She even checked up on each one of us, placing us ahead of the kitchen queue so we would get our orders as soon as possible. You could tell every one of them were trying their best. In the future, it would be helpful to provide more accurate wait times. The food itself was delicious, and I appreciate the effort the team put in during such a busy day. Despite the waiting, this restaurant certainly deserves a good rating.“

“I've been wanting to go here for awhile! on an early Saturday afternoon, we finally went. everyone was very pleasant and patient with our family (toddler and infant.) although we didn't have to use the changing table in the bathroom, it was appreciated that they had one. the service was prompt and the food was absolutely delicious. we had the pulled pork sandwich, salmon salad, and kids Mac and cheese with beans/rice. no complaints! our waitress Sue was fantastic. we will be back!“

She made sure that our order was correct, she kept checking on our table to make sure that we were satisfied and our glasses were always full. She continued to apologize for the wait for our food but we totally understood that the restaurant was packed and we were patiently waiting. “When making our reservations, I had asked to be placed in a corner or somewhere out of the way of other's conversations as we were having a business meeting. That didn't happen. We were at a booth right in the middle. I asked about it & was told it was a quiet area because this was a Monday at 11:30 & not many people were there. It filled up quickly & it was difficult to conduct our meeting. That said, the service & food were wonderful. I had a salad with grilled salmon that was totally excellent. Others seemed to enjoy their meals as well. Levi was our server & he was really great, very attentive, arrived with refills without having to be asked. Prompt & efficient!“
