“Have not been here for a long time dt poor experience. Decided to give it another try w my cousin while she was in town from Canada. Really simple today- guy took oder at counter, we sat down, guy brought our food. We both had the lettuce wrap burgers. They were good, please know to be prepared for a super mess. In my opinion they should wrap w way more lettuce than they actually do to help w this messiness. We enjoyed our meal. It's not a super comfy place but it's not meant for you to stay long I don't think.“

Parking: Reasonably large parking lot. Could be difficult for truck & trailer.“

I came to Louisville Cream expecting good ice cream… but what I got was a full-blown life-altering experience. 🍦✨ One bite and I swear I saw my childhood flash before my eyes—except better, because past me had no idea ice cream could taste this elite. The flavors?? Unreal. Unique, creamy, perfectly balanced—not just sugar and coldness like some lesser ice creams I won’t name. Every scoop is a work of art, and I’m starting to think they’ve unlocked some sort of dessert sorcery. 🪄🔥 The vibe?? So fun. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like a kid again but in a way cooler, more aesthetically pleasing setting. Like, yes, I will be ordering the largest possible serving while pretending I’m “just here for a little treat.” Final thoughts? Louisville Cream is dangerously good. I now crave it at all times and am fully considering adding “ice cream connoisseur” to my résumé just so I have an excuse to keep coming back. If you haven’t been yet, fix that immediately. “Firat of all, I do NOT recommend, I don't why it says I do! I've visited Dairy Del many times in the past and have noticed that the quality has greatly diminished the past couple years. I believe the hype is because they're only 1 of 2 places in the neighborhood that serves soft serve and everybody looks forward to them opening for the year. But after tonight, I will never go back. I will drive further and go to Dairy Kastle (on Eastern Pkwy) instead. It seems the staff at Dairy Del doesn't care about putting out a even DECENT product. I know,.it's ice cream. How bad can it be, right? Well, it CAN be so bad that I will never go back. This is after giving them chance after chance to get it right. For instance, the banana split I got included mini scoops of ice cream (not exaggerating when I say "mini") & I couldn't even see the 3 different syrups. The heath flurry...the ratio of heath to ice cream was def not acceptable & it wasn't mixed well at all. I should have refused it or had them remake it, but honestly I was kinda in disbelief at what I was seeing & my bf was driving off as I was checking it out (while saying how much of a total rip off this was). I can get a better product at someplace like DQ, & for less money. I believe the staff has gotten worse each year & they simply don't care about putting out even a decent product. It's def not worth the hype! Do better guys, if you care about giving your customers what we deserve!!“

“We really like coming here and will continue however I have noticed that the tables are not wipe down from employees regularly just watch everyone’s reaction when it’s sticky on there tables i seriously got a large amount of a sticky arm I did not see it there and asked if they could wet a napkin for me the water fountain is turned off the manager had a short get together with the girls shaking his head no , they offered a cup of water, thank you I love my wife she wiped the other tables also I’m sure this was a health risk to ask for a wet towel and I apologized“

“Dirt Drive thru service only. When i arrived there wasn't much activity. I was pleasantly surprised with the swirl cone i ordered, with the size, texture, taste of the ice cream, and the freshness of the cone. I would've giving it a 4.5 star because i went back during the week past 2 pm, and they were closed, although Google indicates different operating hours. But the cone was delish. I highly recommend stopping by. Service was professional, and courteous. I was in the area on a business trip. I miss it!!“

Still open during construction, this will be my new go-to local icecream place of choice! Found this place via the “In My Halloween Eras Swifties” event on Eventbrite. Jill the owner is such a friendly, kind, genuine, caring soul. She put so much work into the event, everything was decorated impeccably and it was a great environment. We had Taylor music videos on the tv, games to play, pizza and icecream, friendship making station, and then streaming the Eras tour. I would recommend both this type of event and this business in general!

“very cute place, will catch your eye passing down the streets. the parking is kind of tough, tough to go in & out. but, the customer service is impeccable, the prices are fairly cheap, the flavors are unique/expansive, and the sweet treats are delectable“

I ordered the blt with fried mushrooms. My partner ordered the catfish basket. It was all tasty.

“Cute little Creperie stand in the Logan St Market. Crepes were made well, however they ran out of onions and peppers?? Unsure how you can run out of something so basic. The person in the stand had plenty of time to do some mise en place between orders.

The dessert crepe we had—Nutella Deluxe—was very tasty and properly stuffed, whereas the savory one had hardly any toppings. Otherwise, I would’ve rated this place 5 stars.“

“The lady who helped me at the front counter is amazing. I was there to pick up a last meal for my dog before I put him down. I asked her what she recommended because I was just picking random things. She told me to try just regular hamburger patties, no bread ( I didn't know you could do this), and a plain vanilla pup cup. The only thing he wanted to eat was the hamburger patties. She was amazing helping me out, even when I started to cry, which I kept apologizing for. I wish I would have thought to get her name. She got my food quickly for me, which I appreciated. And as I left, she said she would keep me in her prayers. She is a wonderful human being.“
