“It was truly a delight to dine here for lunch today. The seasonings on my food was good; no need for salt/pepper. I ordered the vegetable egg foo young, with a pot of hot tea. The portion was so big. I was quickly seated and served, even though it was the lunch rush hour. I really love this family owned business. “Friendly staff, quick service and hot, delicious food! This was our first time here and we will certainly be back. We got egg rolls, crab Rangoons and general Taos chicken. The egg rolls were crisp and flavorful. The Rangoons are triangle shaped and very full of delicious cream cheese. The chicken had a generous amount of sauce, was crispy and yummy and the small serving was still huge! Don’t hesitate to try a locally owned gem!“

For family members I get chicken fried rice and Happy Family (customize to your liking, including chicken, shrimp, veggies). Family owned business and always see owner and others working hard to cook orders quickly. Also always see owner picking up fresh veggies / extras at Kroger. Highly recommend.“

“I haven't had Chinese food this good since I was a child back in Chicago. I'm over 50. It is THAT good! I tried the General Tsos, Chicken Sesame, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Crab Rangoon, Egg Drop Soup, and Spring Rolls....I was raving with pleasure the whole time! I am amazed!“

“The food is always quick and amazing! They are set up to be mostly carry out, but you can dine in if you want. There just isn't much space. I have never had an order take more than 10 minutes to make from time the order is placed.

“Excellent Chinese restaurant. A variety of proteins were available and the sauces were well prepared. The caliber of ingredients is higher end than you will usually get at most Cantonese locations, and dine in is available in a clean and well maintained atmosphere.

Prices are a little higher than some may be used to, but the variety available and caliber of dishes justifies the added cost. Staff is attentive and friendly, accomodating requests easily. Food was served promptly.

I highly recommend the mushroom soup for two. The string mushrooms are tender and perfect in the broth for 2 to 3 people.

Vegetarian options: As usual in a Cantonese restaurant, a clearly labeled selection of vegan dishes are available.

“The food was good as always. The process to get it was frustrating, to say the least. It was a drive-thru order. I was told that for teriyaki chicken, there would be a 10-minute wait. Absolutely no issue with that, I pulled around to the handicapped parking as requested. After 12 minutes had passed, I grew slightly impatient and decided to walk inside to see what the hold up was. To my dismay, I saw a full bowl of teriyaki on the display ready to be served. While waiting to speak with someone, I watched 2 orders of teriyaki chicken get prepared and sent out the drive-thru window. Finally, a container that had been sitting off to the side for the whole time I was inside was pulled in front of the chicken and filled, bagged, and the kind girl who ended up grabbing it started to bring it out. It was not her doing, and she was not the manager, nor did I have time to request one at this point. I took my food (after nearly 20 minutes, 18 to be exact) I finally left. This was just unacceptable. I truly hope someone reads this and makes sure it doesn't happen again.“

“Usually I would give Hong Kong a 3-4 rating, but wanted to review for this specific meal. Ordered 6/24/24 and the General Tso’s chicken was better than we’ve ever had here or any other place in FW for that matter. My wife is typically reluctant to go here but she was very happy with the quality (especially the chicken - was smaller pieces and all very good, no tendons). If they keep this up, it may be a weekly stop for us. Great work!“

“I travel some times for work and like to get at least 1 Chinese buffet in. It can be hit or miss out there, but this one was definitely a hit. Service was excellent and accommodating. Favorite items are crab Rangoon, egg rolls, donuts, sesame chicken and fried rice. All were excellent and I hope to travel this way again.“
