Our medically complex child is mostly gtube-dependant for nutrition, but she always gets a weekly scooters sugar cookie while Mommy & Daddy enjoy a caffeinated drink. “Aj did a phenomenal job she had a gentleman come in and order a bunch of sandwiches and the lady in front of me did as well but being by her self she made sure to interact with us to let us know she will be with us momentarily she really was just busy busy busy but always attentive to everyone and not just the customer she was working with she was very friendly even though she had a lot going on she did such an amazing job I highly recommend the subway in Fortville they rock!!“

We stopped at your location last Saturday. There was a young man who really stood out from the other employees. He was holding doors open for customers, walking the dining room and taking trays of trash from tables, refilling customers drinks, emptied the trash bin and still made time to talk to us. Wow. I just want to take a moment to give a big shout-out to Emma and Chris at the Greenfield, Indiana location.
I was running behind and had a pretty large order for about five people (plus some extras). I couldn't get the app working, not Arby's fault, but because of my phone issues .....so I had to go through the drive-thru.
I even apologized ahead of time, for such a big order so close to closing time.....but Emma immediately reassured me it was no problem at all.

Their customer service was absolutely outstanding—friendly, professional, and far above what you usually see these days. Emma and Chris really stood out because so many fast food places have employees who clearly don’t want to be there, but these two went above and beyond. They deserve to be recognized (and honestly, a raise) for their effort and attitude.

I know it’s not easy to put together a big order so close to closing time—I’ve worked in fast food, and I remember how everyone wants to clean up and get out as quickly as possible. But instead of making me feel like an inconvenience, they made sure everything was correct, fresh, and done with a smile.

“I love these chicken fingers! Super tender chicken dipped in batter and fried to perfection. Their dipping sauce is unique but good. Served with slaw and fries, it's a bit pricey for fast food but worth it. The dining area is quite plain and a little crowded (booths and tables EVERYWHERE and crowded together but they need the seating capacity. I typically use the drive thru. If you like chicken fingers, you'll love Raising Cane's.“

“Love the chicken strip basket with gravy! You have to dunk the chicken strips and the fries in the gravy. ALL of the ice cream is great also but it's really hard for ice cream to not be great.

Parking: Parking lot is small but Needlers parking lot is huge and basically connected to DQ.

Kid-friendliness: They have a normal kids menu. Hamburger, hot dog and chicken fingers along with a few other kid friendly items.

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm in a wheelchair myself and I am able to get around the parking lot. They do have handicap parking and wheelchair ramps. Inside is a little cramped but I am still able to wheel around. The bathroom is also tight but it is usable.“

“We made our only visit to this location while passing through Indy on our way back to Ohio. It seemed like a safe area stop in a city unfamiliar to us. The ladies restroom was very clean, as well as the store in general. The drink/condiment station was fully stocked the entire visit too. It was busy during their dinner rush on a Thursday evening, but there was just a short line when we arrived and our order was still taken immediately. The wait for the meals was ~5-10 mins and they delivered everything to us at the table. Our order had a couple customized items and all were accurate. Food was hot, fresh, and very tasty. Very pleasant experience overall. We would definitely revisit if ever in that area again.“

“I've ordered thru DD several times and this location has consistently had PERFECT accuracy. (can't say the same thing for other local eateries)
My food arrives hot and quickly.
And if you have tried their (limited time) burgers yet... do it NOW. Sooooo good. Very, very close to the quality & taste of a sit-down. I wish I'd ordered two. (Lol)

Strawberry shake is amaze! (I don't usually like Strawberry shakes, but my hubby does. So i tried his & loved it.) Crinkle fries are the perfect 50/50 balance of crispy outside & soft "baked potato" like inside.

“Always a great experience here. Food made well. All ingredients available. I ESPECIALLY like this location because they have regular chopped red onions as a topping option... NONE of the others in the city do. There's a location about 8 minutes away from me, but i prefer if I have time to drive the 20 minutes it takes to get to this location to know all the options WILL be available INCLUDING those red onions. “Fast friendly and clean. I drove an extra 10 minutes to this location to avoid the E Washington Street location, SO glad I did! The last 5 visits to E Washington Street they have been out of multiple items each time, from cheese, tomatoes, beans, chicken, beef, soft drinks, the list goes on. Plus E Washington is not very clean and rude. Make the drive to this location well worth it!“
