“I was in this establishment in witnessed a horrific event. A woman who was door dashing, Is harassing to employees over a wait time they had no control over . This establishment was very busy and everyone.There was doing all they can do to keep up . As I watched them work hard to keep up this dasher was so disrespectful all because she didn't want a bad review of her services. I'm so disappointed and ashamed of this behavior“
“They seem to be getting better at getting my orders right so that’s awesome. I did and definitely enjoy my refresher which was the raspberry with the Boba tea bubbles in the bottom so good so good one of my favorite drinks ever there one of my favorite.“
“I absolutely love this location. It is my favorite; I even make it a point to go out of my way just to drive to this Starbucks. I love Franklin and the area it’s in. The service is always great. I’ve never had an issue with my coffees in fact I think they make them better than any other Starbucks. The barista’s are always so nice and friendly. The wait isn’t long at all even with a long line. Just overall a great Starbucks!“
