“This is my local restaurant and it's been hit or miss over the years but the past several times we've been for takeout, it's been really good. On my last visit I ordered a filet-o-fish that was perfect, for McDonald's. Someone took the time to make it look JUST like the picture, you know, bun shining and steaming all the ingredients cohesively put together. Not only was the sandwich picture perfect but it really was tasty. It was a 20 minute wait and I told my husband for the first time ever, it was worth the wait. Good on you McDonald's.

Parking: Parking is plentiful as most people utilize the double drive thru.

Wheelchair accessibility: Several handicap spaces and wheelchair accessible.“

“This place is legit my favorite fast food place in New Albany. Partially because they don’t ever mess up my order and it’s always warm, and partially because the staff is always in a good mood and Over the top friendly.“

“Have not been here for a long time dt poor experience. Decided to give it another try w my cousin while she was in town from Canada. Really simple today- guy took oder at counter, we sat down, guy brought our food. We both had the lettuce wrap burgers. They were good, please know to be prepared for a super mess. In my opinion they should wrap w way more lettuce than they actually do to help w this messiness. We enjoyed our meal. It's not a super comfy place but it's not meant for you to stay long I don't think.“

“I go to this restaurant for lunch a few days a month. The food is always hot and delicious. The staff is outstanding. I always usethe drive-thru. I get in and out quickly. The manager Stacy is top-notch outstanding. They always have what I want the mushroom and Swiss. I recommend this restaurant to everyone fast friendly service zip in and zip out at lunchtime.“

“The person handling the frontend and the drive through has not even acknowledged the customers in the lobby, he’s only working the drive through and took forever to come take orders for the lobby, there is only 3 people in this whole store come on Hardee’s we can do better the 3 people in the whole store“

“The drive-through girl Had the best energy! And she did so even with it being late at night. She read our order off to us as soon as we pulled up and she did it with a smile . She asked us if we needed anything else and thanked us for coming . You don’t see many people so happy through drive thru’s and doing it with a smile. It’s super cold outside and She was awesome! We will definitely come through again just to get some of her friendliness. Thank you so much!“
