“I wouldve given 5 stars because the one in Hanover is so much better than the one in Madison but they said they would be getting their roast beef back and still haven't.Update: the roast beef is back!I placed an online order, went to pick it up and it was wrong. I believe there was a new guy working that day. They quickly made me a new sandwich and were very apologetic. I wasn't upset tho, these things happen.“

“My family had lunch here 7/5, had a little problem with one of our sandwiches, they remade thw sandwich, pickle and all (brownie points for the pickle) and even refunded the $ for said sandwich. Which we promptly dropped with an actual tip into the tip jar. Mad props, and will def be back, time and time again.“

“I had the lunch special which was whitefish on a bun and 2 sides. i got the fries and slaw. That coleslaw was perfect. been a long time since I've had that good of coleslaw. The fish was great. it had good seasoning and all in all I had a great lunch! even though the place was very busy, we had great service and didn't wait long at all for our food.“
