“I've been a regular at The Kitchen Table for quite a few months now. I can't say enough great things about this restaurant. The staff is friendly and the food is phenomenal, especially the homemade desserts Mimi makes. It makes me shake my head to think I've lived in the Huntertown area since 1999, passed the restaurant on multiple occasions, and only just recently started eating there. 5 stars!“

“We went for an early dinner on Monday. They were not busy, but it was 4:30. We ordered fried mushrooms to share. They were hot and delicious. I ordered ham and bean soup and the tenderloin dinner with mashed potatoes and corn (the vegetable of the day). My mom ordered the clam strip basket with French fries. Both of us were very happy with our food. It came out hot and tasty. The only thing we didn't like was that the mushrooms and soup came out with the food. It would have been better if they came out first. Second thing was, the corn was not good. It tasted like it had been cooking since breakfast. Next time I will avoid the corn. Service was quick and attentive. It's a bit more pricey than I expected, but it's good enough to go back again.“

“Stopped in from out of town with little time to spare before the Komets hockey game, almost didn’t go thinking there was no way we’d have time for a sit down restaurant on a Saturday night but called ahead about 15 minutes out. They got us right into a table, our server was with us right away. I never leave reviews but Tonya was so attentive and swift with our service that I felt obligated. In a world where it seems every time you go out and spend your hard earned money to enjoy a nice family meal you end up feeling like a burden on your server or put on the back burner, she was the exact opposite. You could feel that she was genuinely working to ensure that my family was well taken care of and had an excellent experience. We never had to wait for anything, she paid attention, anytime my wife or I thought of something we needed she would pop up and ask before I could even wave her over. (Yet she managed to not be that overeager, constantly asking you if you need anything to the point it becomes obnoxious server). She had several tables and I could see they were all receiving the same attention we were. There was no stopping to play on her phone or going out to take breaks, or talking with coworkers, we were a priority. Our drinks never ran dry and the timing was perfect. We got there and got sat right away, quickly got our drinks, salads immediately after, and by the time we were done with the salads and bread the food was there and PERFECT. The prime rib was amazing and the Ribeye was out of this world! Everything was cooked perfectly the first time out of the kitchen, our couple little requests were immediately addressed by Tonya and she returned quickly. She was great with our kids and even helped pack up our leftovers for the dog. We made it to the Colosseum with time to spare before the puck drop. 5 star food, accommodated quickly, and It was so refreshing to have a server that actually cared so much for her job. From the hostess, to the server, to the kitchen- 5 star service all the way around. We will go back whenever we’re in town.“

“I recently had my gallbladder removed and cannot take a lot of fat or butter. I have eaten at this Cheddar's before. I informed the waitress that I wanted the salmon without being cooked with oil or butter. She talked to her manager. He personally came out and tried to comfort me with my dietary need. He cooked my food personally and made sure that there was no butter or oil on my salmon. Their salmon here is amazing. They are very courteous and want to assure that your food is good for you. This restaurant is an A+ in my book I have eaten at this restaurant before and enjoyed my food a lot“

“I had the gabage platter and it was amazing the tomatoes really made it pop. My wife had the biscuits and gravy and said they are better than any where we have been in a long time and she will definitely be coming back for more!! So everyone give this place look when want a good breakfast“

“Never disappointed with Culver's until Thursday evening (12/30). Could smell burnt food as our bag was handed through our car window (drive thru). Turned out to be the bun on my fish sandwich, well blackened. Surprised the server didn't smell it. Will try Culver's again as usually very good.“

The place could use a clean and a new exhaust fan, but nothing was creeping or crawling while I was in the store.

Disagree on other reviews about parking. Had no parking issues at all. Got there at 9 am on a Monday and parked right next to the building. Plus plenty of spaces out back.“

“I just had the Shrimp Creole and it was delicious!! It was the “special of the day” and was so good, it should be on the menu. Billy, the sous chef, made it from scratch. All the food I’ve had there is great, so I was not surprised, but I definitely want the Shrimp Creole again.“

“Ok Went there for about the 15th time. Just as amazing as ever. Didn't get our usual server but had an adorable Hispanic gal who was having her first week. She was terrific! Ordered the moussaka and soup w Greek salad. Was soooo delicious. Way too much food for just one meal. Partner got the Half a baked chicken. Said it was the best he'd ever had. Moist and flavorful. So much dinner he brought some home for lunch tomorrow. Now dessert!!! Ordered bread pudding w caramel sauce and apple dumpling. Must have been a run on both cause at 6:30, both were all gone. Either the manager or owner (Latino guy) came out to our table to deliver the bad news. Super nice and helpful. We ended up with coconut creme pie and raspberry cheesecake. OMG both so delicious and huge portions. Totally forgot about what we had wanted originally. Brought half the pie home. Too big!! “Stopped in last evening for a quick bite to eat and our waitress took us to our table ...who's name was Caitlyn... (possibly a K not sure). But we had the BEST customer service that I have had in as long time. She was so Sweet and checked on us continually. She also suggested when I wanted a wrap...that I didnt have to have it with Buffalo sauce could get it just plain with ranch. When she bought the food she said, "Would you like an extra side of ranch". I thought that was so kind. Then when she bought boxes to the table for our left overs she bought a lid for my ranch and a sack to Carry our containers in...ALL without me asking. I asked for the manager to come to the table for her to be recognized for her impeccable customer service!! He said, " He appreciated me bringing that to his attention". I made sure she got an excellent tip for her Kind , caring and quality customer service. BUT I ALSO THINK SHE DESERVES A 5 STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating here as well. Most of the time these days you dont get that kind of customer service...so when you do it needs to be reconized!! Thank you again Caitlyn on a job well done!!“

FOOD
The duck ragoon appetizer or something I didn't know I needed until then. It comes piping hot, and totally worth burning your mouth for --please be careful! The inside is molten goodness with small bits of duck. It comes with a sweet chili dipping sauce and the outside has a thick crunch.

? For pizza, we ordered two 10-in regular crust pizzas to share. One was the Porky Pig and the other was the Bahn Mi. Porky Pig was our favorite of the two. The Bahn Mi did actually taste like the Vietnamese sandwich, but beware, there are little bits of jalapeno on it so there's a kick. The only issue was that the toppings on the pizzas had a hard time staying them as we had to tear the slices apart.

The next day though, cold leftovet pizza out of the fridge though was superb.??

I also got a cup of soup: Irish Stew. I felt like it might have been under seasoned.“

Still my #1 goto restaurant in NorthEast Fort Wayne. My wife had a smoked Salmon sandwich with avacado... OMG!
I had my usual blackened Catfish with jalapeno tarter sauce. To die for! Well, maybe the Salmon was a bit better, but can't argue (I'll get slapped).

This restaurant is a good place to go for good food. Not the best atmosphere, but the food is great and service is very good. It is our first pick for an evening meal.

Thanks, everyone! Just left after a great meal. Service was exceptional. Thank you to the guys and gals at the bar where we ate.
