Sunday 8:15 p.m. ,placed order, they took my money. Asked me to pull around to 3rd window ( Main door) to await my order. 15 min still no food. Looks like lady on headset is babysitting her two children inside the dining area. They are running around brandishing brooms and crying. Only one guy seen in kitchen area, and he is working slow as molasses. Definitely NOT coming back to this location
Pulled up to the drive thru speaker and an employee responded that they were doing a shift change, so it would be a moment before an order could be taken. Advised them that I had made a mobile order, and was told to come inside to pick it up. After explaining to them that I was on crutches (hence going through drive thru), a woman came on the speaker to say she would bring it out when they were done. Better tasting sandwiches than most fast food places, imo; but it'd be hard to get much more than a day's worth of food (~2000 calories) for under $20. In that regard, the Greek Gyro seems a slightly better deal than most things, and I enjoyed mine. (Ofc, Arby's is best known for its roast beef, including "Beef 'n Cheddar" & French Dip variants.)
