The food is legit authentic…maybe the last one standing in Indy. Don’t believe the review that states there’s only one or two pieces of beef in the noodle soup. Just finished a bowl and there was plenty of beef…just the right ratio. I mean, give me a break, if you want a bowl of beef, go elsewhere. 🤣

“Absolutely the best Chinese takeout ever! We realized on Christmas Eve we would be hosting 8 people on Christmas for dinner and needed a backup plan quickly. We have never tried China Dragon before but we will absolutely come back. We used the online ordering and had it scheduled to be ready at a certain time in advance. The ordering process was so easy, it was ready just as expected and the food was delicious. We had Orange Chicken, General Tso's, Szechuan Chicken, Egg Foo Young, Veggie and Pork Rolls, Crab Rangoon and white and fried rice. The Szechuan Chicken and Fried Rice were my favorites but it was all delicious! We had three full containers of leftovers because the portions are so large. Highly recommended and will definitely be visiting again!“

“Came in for the first time and dined in. Food came out in a timely manner, the young man at the register was very nice and accommodating, and the portions were generous. Most people coming in did carryout, but the dine-in experience was pleasant.“

“Surprisingly excellent Chinese cuisine. Yes, with American influence, but each dish had its distinct flavor and ingredients were fresh. The dishes we had were all perfectly cooked, and the large portions were Really Large (leading to some great leftovers! ) Highlights included Shrimp in Garlic Sauce, and Sichuan Tofu. Each dish came with rice. Only the chow mein was a bit salty (we had roast pork chow mein), the rest of the dishes were less salty and had great vegetables. A solid deal, four adults ate well and had enough for lunch for the next day, for just about $60. Looks more like a take-out place, but we dined there and the staff was friendly, the Chinese music was pleasant, and the temperature was good. If they just had some hot Jasmine or Green Tea, the place would be pretty perfect ?

Vegetarian options: We really enjoyed the Sichuan Tofu! Also, the Garlic Sauce is great...“

The owner too was always so nice to me and family, even if there was a language barrier, they would still find a way to communicate with us. The food is quite amazing and the service is fantastic , would definitely recommend to others!“

“After reading a few recent reviews I needed to say that we didn't know it was under new ownership we just thought it was a new recipe for the general tsos. We have been coming here for yearssss. But we did compliment the new chicken we got. It tasted different but better. We have got it twice since then and have zero complaints. We usually get the family meal. Although the heat level has been different each time. Either make it spicey or not 🥴 hopefully they improve for everyone we need this place to stay.“

“Their crab rangoons are very delicious and flavorful. The scallops are my favorite along with the beef and vegetable with rice. The portions are quite large even for a medium. They definitely don't skimp on anything. If you ask for extra meat they will definitely give you extra meat especially extra vegetables when you ask. It's a small restaurant with barely anywhere to sit so take out is quite popular. Don't be afraid of the area that it's located in even though it looks sketchy. 10/10 Chinese restaurant.“

The freshly made food was delicious and the service was great. Our egg food young and fried rice was outstanding, as was the General Tso's Chicken. We got sweet and sour chicken, general tso and sesame chicken meals and each one was outstanding. Not only were they quick the food was hot and absolutely delicious. I had a few questions for the manager and he called me back promptly and answered each question with courtesy and great customer service from everyone we encountered. But in my last order I was given Mixed Vegetables and not Mixed Vegetable Fried Rice, and we couldn't get it refunded by Doordash. Read the whole ticket next time please! Easy mistake, I understand. “We arrived to get take out 40 mins before closing. The host that met us at the door was so engaging and friendly. We love Chinese food but never having Vietnamese we were intrigued by the options.
We randomly just picked two entrees and they were both delicious. Catfish and eggplant with fried rice and grilled shrimp over steamed rice with salad. Fried wontons as the appetizer.
The host chatted with us while we waited.
