This is one of the best managed fast food places in Indy. Service is always so friendly and fast, and the restaurant is clean and organized. We appreciate the attention to detail!
I had a wonderful experience here. Good was fresh & the staff friendly
The hispanic ladies on morning shift are always nice and when my order was wrong once, I was able to go in and have the issue fixed with no problem at all and even got an apology.
Personally, there are not many vegetarian options but I'm glad to be able to get what I can and enjoy my morning.
Strawberry shake is pretty good too👍🏽

Hardee's is a fast food place that provides a nice switch up from other normal chains. The quality of food is comparable to other major fast food restaurants. Some items, like the chicken wraps and crispy curls, are noted for good flavor and being made fresh. However, specific items like the chicken quesadilla or chicken tenders can sometimes be unsatisfactory, with issues like unmelted cheese or not being warm. The famous star burger has also received poor feedback. Service experiences vary widely by location; some staff are noted as nice and thoughtful, with excellent and fast friendly service that customers will go out of their way for, while other interactions are simply pleasant but not exceptional. The restaurant is acknowledged for gladly fixing mistakes.
