“SPICY DONER8028 S Emerson Ave Suite T, Indianapolis, IN 46237I’ve been wanting to order from this place. My food was absolutely delicious. I was not disappointed. Definitely deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars. I can’t wait to taste more from the menu.Everything was so flavorful.I ordered the FISH PAKORA (medium spice) came with a side of rice, SAAG PANNER (medium spice)GARLIC NAAN“
“Why did we wait so long! Finally, great Indian food on the south side of Indy! The location is a converted Bob Evans, but refreshed and light and open. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered a lot of food to share. Portions were generous and delicious. We ordered butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, palak paneer and chicken biryani. A lot traditional favorites. They offered three spice levels - we settled on medium for everything. The biryani was the spiciest of all our dishes. Also, the garlic naan was fresh and soft. The whole experience was fantastic. And we hope to return in the future.“
“What a gem! Enjoyed a very delicious lunch...the menu is expansive but not overwhelmingly so. Every dish we ordered was flavored beautifully. We went with medium spice level and it was perfect...definitely some heat but just the right amount. The owner came to our table to check in with us and was very friendly and welcoming. We will absolutely be back:)“
“So many dazzling Chai options in this understated cafe! I tried the ginger chai, and it was piping hot and delicious. I couldn't pass up the homemade samosa, which came with 2 sauces; flavorful and filling. Cannot wait to come back and try the other chai drinks they have!“
“Very pleasant service, chill ambiance with a pool table to occupy until food comes, and excellent variety of desi sandwiches, wraps, and rolls! We went for chilli paneer and spinach/corn grilled sandwich, which was very well flavored, bread toasted to perfection with chat masala and cilantro for garnish! We topped it off with masala chai, served with bread crumbs achaari --- too too good! We will be back for more!!“
“The best indian food we have ever had. We came for dinner and orderd Chicken Juicy Mandi. It was so tasty. The Mango Lassi is so good and refreshing. Our waiter Savio is great he’s very attentive and helpful. The prices are very reasonable for the quantity you will get. Thank you so much Hyderabad House definitely will come back!Parking: There is a huge parking lot in front of the restaurant.“
“Food is delicious. It reminds me of my moms cooking!!!! I had chicken curry, mutter paneer, dal makhani and roti. And let me tell you it was sooooo tasty. Every time I have an event I order from them. The lovely aunty there is very easy to work with.“
“Cute little place with real good food. A little pricey but quality justifies it. My first but not last visit. I had lamb curry (not spicy as expected) green chili Naan which was a first. Good stuff and it's enough for 2-4ppl. Raita was good but different than I'm used “
“Cozy and warm Indian restaurant. Our server was so nice and helpful. The chicken Tikka masala here is my favorite, it reminds me more of a British style of it. When you order extra spicy they actually make it extra spicy which is nice. Onion chutney is spicy and tasty too.“
“Came for dinner twice, had a good experience both times. The crispy corn and the peanut appetizers are tasty but may take some getting used to for people more accustomed to finger food. Curry was good, rice sides were excellent.I must stress, the rice is exceptional(mine had raisins and nuts in it). I would have been happy to eat just that for my meal if I had to.The spicy options are, in fact, spicy. Do not request unless confident in ability to deal with hot foods.“
“We wanted to try a different Indian place besides going up north and im so glad we did ....Don't be discouraged by the looks when u walk in owner very friendly and may I say the food was so good and authentic and reasonably priced compared to other Indian places we have been in the area ...The Curry Goat was the BEST WE EVER HAD hands down.. Great job we will be back highly recommend to anyone wanting authentic Indian cuisine.“
“We have made a weekly visit to Incredible India for sometime now. There are many Indian dining experiences in the area, however no one competes with Incredible India. Walking in the door you are greeted with the feel of Imperial India. Always welcomed by friendly staff. We have yet eaten off the menu as the lunch buffet has so many tasty offerings which change often. On the drive over I was thinking I might have to order from the menu so I could get some Samosa and some Saag. To my delight it was Sunday and the special weekend buffet was being served, offering both items. As you enter the dining room a fresh appetizer bar greets you. Today we enjoyed Samosa Chat (excellent). Everything on the buffet line was fresh and warm. Each item had unique seasoning and flavor, which in my opinion differentiates Incredible India from other similar establishments. My wife and I like to enjoy some milk sweets and hot Chai after a nice Indian meal and they are both available as part of the buffet.Service is great, the environment and atmosphere transport you to India for this culinary experience and the food will keep us coming back for more and more. I highly recommend this restaurant.“
“Can I just say WOW?!? I just had one of the best Indian meals of my lifetime. I've eaten at more Indian restaurants than I can reasonably count, and this is by far some of the best food I've had in Indianapolis. We started with the vegetable samosas - these were the best tasting spicy potato samosas I've ever eaten! The spice was perfect. My husband ordered the Lamb Tikka Masala and I ordered the House Special Chicken curry. The Tikka Masala was unlike any I've ever tried. It wasn't run-of-the mill red-dyed creamy sauce. It was super rich and a deep golden color. We spoke to our waiter, Kish, about how much better it was than we could have expected and he indicated it was cooked with nuts to give it a richer flavor. So rich, tasty and flavorful. My husband couldn't leave even the last couple ounces of sauce, and took it home to finish with his naan later. My Chicken Curry was unlike any curry I've tasted before. Strong flavors of cardamom and curry leaves in a rich gravy with a super generous helping of chicken. Both meats were cooked to perfection and very tender. The restaurant interior was lovely and very clean. The service was attentive and very friendly. We just happened to be on the west side of town and only just happened to stop in for dinner. Now I can't wait to make my way back there. I regret not taking pictures, so will just have to do that when I return.“
“The food was amazing. The Karakudi curry had great spice that tasted good. The butter chicken was fantastic as well. The service was awesome, no complaints. The environment was quiet and very peaceful. The food was authentic Indian food. Great place to go eat.“
“My lady moved in around the corner and have been to Aroma several times in only a couple weeks now. We. Absolutely. Love. It.Seems like they're in need of staffing so maybe they're new but it doesn't matter.. the experience is exquisite. The food is top tier.. so many options for meat eaters (me) and vegetarians (my lady). Full flavor, options for spice level (phew!). Fun drinks. The atmosphere and decor is stunning. Room for parties/large groups, solo dining at the bar, couples. We are hands down in love with Aroma.Vegetarian options: PANEER ALL DAY, eggplant, mushroom“
“A wonderful experience! The service was kind and attentive and they put out the best entrees on their buffet without holding them back for menu-only ordering.A nice selection at the bar, including some good beer and whiskey choices.Do not miss their goat biryani or their fried chicken!“
“Oct 24th 2022 -Food was delicious, we ordered it to go. Every dish was cooked perfectly and to our preference. The bad reviews are probably from people who have ulterior motives and/or competition?Update: Nov 11th 2023We stopped by on Nov. 11th 2023 and bought some takeout meals. The samosas and vegetable pakoras appetizers were very greasy and soaked in oil. They tasted old and were probably fried again for our orders. However, all our entrees were cooked to perfection. Everything was delicious and they were very generous with the rice and naan breads!Vegetarian options: The channa masala dish was yummy!“
“I needed some comfort food tonight, and this seemed like the perfect solution! (Take out). I kept it simple with the butter chicken, rice, garlic naan, and paneer pakora, and everything was excellent. The butter chicken had a very large portion that will feed me for at least three meals, and the rice was sticky and well seasoned. I wouldn't say that the paneer pakora held up to the trauma of door dash particularly well, but it was still really good despite its lack of crispiness. And who doesn't love some soft garlic naan? I would definitely like to try this place in person, I know they have a buffet. It was a tiny bit pricey, but the portion size seems to offset that appropriately. If you're looking for good Indian food on the south side, this is a really solid option.“
“If you’re looking for good, home cooked style vegetarian food, look no further. I have ordered from this place many times and it has not once disappointed me. They have so many different food items to chose from and they also serve mithai (Indian sweets) which are made to perfection.Quality of food - food is cooked in desi ghee and tastes really good.Quality of service - service is good, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It’s not a sit down joint where food is brought to your table. Once you place the order, you will be called to collect your food.Parking - ample parking space availableRecommendations - Dosa, Thali of the day and Pastries. Their portion sizes are good, so I recommend going with a few people and ordering bunch of food to share.“
“I’ve come here for five years now, and the food is consistently the best and spiced to perfection. It is absolutely delicious! Servers are polite and professional. My favorites are paneer tikka masala, aloo tiki chaat, mango lassi. The only reason I would take off a half star is because it’s a bit shabby. Dining room lighting is akin to a hospital, seats are ripped/coming apart, the owning family’s small children have KidsTv loudly on, bathrooms are absolutely freezing, and the parking lot is incredibly shambly. This is not somewhere you should take visiting guests, business associates, or important family. Save it for a casual dinner or takeout!“
“1. Highlight is the variant menu ? There are chats, thalis and bakery items available. So many options to chose from2. I m particularly not a fan of anything Made of Chole in this place, but dry ones like vada pav, dhokla, samosa, sandwich, etc are good3. Sweets are a disappointment for me but many May like them4. Another not so good thing is the slow service and not so great responding staff5. It definitely is kid friendly but it can get congested during peak hoursVegetarian options: It’s all vegetarian so, one can peacefully go order and try the number of options available“
“Zabiha Halal food with authentic Karachi / Pakistani taste. Big portions, just the right spices, choicest of menus, both veg and non veg, delicious food, reasonable prices, friendly and courteous customer service! Chic, warm decor and ambience. Has two Carom board seating and a table tennis table. Great for family and friends to sit down, enjoy food and play Carom or tennis table while waiting for food to be served or end the evening with a delicious cup of Kashmiri Chai. Excellent mixed grill platter and the biryani was made of this heavenly Sela rice! Strongly recommend it!“
“Everything we ordered was very good! We didn't get much, but even the Naan was fluffy and delicious! The meat dishes were ordered were marinated, tender, and seasoned perfectly! Some of the best Indian in the Indianapolis area! We will be back.“
“Found this Indian restaurant on Google map. Service was great. We decided to try the buffet. Food was delicious, varieties of vegetarian, love the goat and chicken curry. Fresh naan and basmati rice the whole time we were there. Chicken tikka and tikka masala were also on the buffet. Rice pudding was delicious to end the meal. Great place!!!“
“Aroma is consistently good. The prices are a little higher than at other Indian restaurants, but the serving portions are generous and the food is always tasty.I've been here several times and have had the goat curry, lamb, chicken, etc. I haven't had a dish that disappointed. I'm a big fan of the samosas and garlic naan. They are must-haves for whatever you pick.“
“I went here for the Sunday lunch buffet a few weeks ago. They had a really good selection of food on their buffet. The only one recommendation I would say is the food was not warm on the buffet so it could definitely been warmer. I also did order a, sizzler platter that had kebabs, chicken tikka and a few other things. All of them were delicious but by far my favorite was the kebab.“
“I loved going to this place and eating when they had dine in, but I understand that they have changed a lot of their procedures after Covid. Now I just call in my order pick it up and eat at home. Their food is excellent. It reminds me of my mom‘s cooking at home. Their consistency is the same every single time you order. I can completely understand why a lot of truck drivers love eating here. It is good food at a good price. The portions are decent for one person.“
“It is the buffet that operates 7 days a week. Just a warning: the place is very narrow and has regular booths on the wall and on the opposite side 5 tables for 2 people. then with tables of the same size in the middle you may have a large number of people sitting at those tables but it will be problematic and may cause problems of people hanging around while others are eating and if you are a huge person it will be uncomfortable. That being said, a great place to eat and enjoy the food. If you are with someone who complains and is a picky eater, wait and come alone or with others who like or love Indian cuisine.“
“We stopped in for a quick snack while running around Indy. I had been here previously for a Yelp Elite event and wanted to stop by. I ordered the Samosa Chaat and my love ordered the Chicken Masala Wrap. For being made from scratch food it came out pretty darn quickly. We were in and out in about 10 minutes. Both dishes were very flavorful and I would say order two if you are super hungry. Thanks for a quick bite and wonderful flavor!“
