Update: The Italian brisket is so good I can forgive them for the chicken. :)Mixed results so far. First time I got the brisket and there was a decent amount of meat on the sandwich. Second time I got the chicken and the sandwich had maybe 1/4-1/2 the meat as the brisket sandwich. Disappointing. The quality of both sandwiches was good. The brisket seemed better but perhaps I'm biased since I just had the chicken sandwich and I'm still hungry.

Note: This review is for their remote site vending at Penrod, not a dining experience at their restaurant. While wandering around at Penrod, I noticed a new vendor that was serving some delightful smelling sandwiches. Turns out the business was just open a few months downtown in the Salesforce tower and had eluded my "radar" of new places. So I hopped in line. Will definitely come back. They didn't have salads (make your own) today so I had the brisket sandwich. The meat is really really good...great flavor and tender. The toppings that came on it were also good. What i didn't like was their bread, it fell apart before the first bite, so I just gave up on it and ate the meat and toppings with a knife and fork. Will definitely go back, pretty sure all the meats will be delicious by looking at them. Will try on a salad next time. PS -...read full review
