This place is a joke, especially if you're Caucasian. The food was good, but they never get your order right, & they're not very friendly.Double fish is good, & fries.
I only stopped here because it's on my way home from downtown, and we don't have one in Noblesville. After a wait, I ordered a chicken sandwich combo, lettuce and extra mayonnaise only, with a root beer. The guy who was taking my order, was more concerned with taking the orders of the people at the window. He repeated my order as a #7 with a Coke. I corrected him, and said root beer, but I should have corrected the toppings, as well. I knew he wasn't going to get that right, so...read full review

I try to only respond about places whose great customer service needs to be recognized, or places where the service is so bad, you need to know before you go. But this particular Rally's I have been going to for years. But they can't keep people there. I don't know the reasons why. My guess it has to do with the rude customers and the location.
