The employees didn't speak they looked agitated and unfriendly.
Workers don't know how to make a good sandwich. I ordered a 6 inch meatball sub, my husband ordered a foot long steak. Both toasted. The worker should have toasted them separately. He put them in together. My sub was so burnt, the cheese was crispy.
We both really wanted cookies, but those too, were burnt. The dining room was dirty. Food on the floor. Every table had crumbs and dried food on it. Worst subway experience I've ever had.
