White Castle is a restaurant with locations in the north and south. A customer recently visited a White Castle in the north after living in the south for 13 years. They found the food to be fresh and authentic, noting that the drive-thru attendant was patient and understanding. The customer was less impressed with the fries, finding them bland and warm. Another customer described the food as greasy, but hot and fresh. They noted that the service was cordial and quick. The restaurant received high praise for the customer service provided by Anthony and Tia during late-night visits. Overall, White Castle offers a mix of experiences with food quality and service, but the friendly service of some employees is a standout feature.
