“We have a special order, and they almost always get it correct.
Parking: This location needs designated parking because the Star Sushi customers fill the parking lot and stay much longer than someone who is just walking in to pick up a pizza and leave.“

“It’s Saturday night - big college football night. There are 4 tvs outside (2 are broken?). 3 tvs are showing IU. Understandable. 4th tv is playing Wiffle ball. Staff can’t seem to change the channel to the ABC prime time game. Seems like a problem that should be avoidable in 2025. Food is good.“

“UPDATE 12/16: Paul was fired and GM Jeff 1000% made it right with me. He's a great manager that understands how to treat customers. He leads by example and has a great staff here. 12/10: Paul is rude and unprofessional. I ate here often until my encounter with him today.“

“We had an event at Upland, in their large banquet room, last week, and it was not a simple set up or take down for us. Anna and the team at Upland allowed us enough access, beforehand, to transform the room into something spectacular. The appetizers and meals were top notch, served buffet style, with beef, chicken, salads, vegetables, potatoes, vegetarian skewers and more. The staff worked hard to accommodate us and the guests were all happy with the food and how we had set everything up. The were a few hiccups, like the bar having limited choices for guests. It was that there were not choices, but better known brands were unavailable, though their own brands were (and some were pretty good). Also, the staff was so stealthy, that we didn’t realize dinner had been served. We also weren’t sure how to turn some lights on when it got darker outside. Those negatives did not have an affect on the overall party and how it was received, though. I give the an 9 out of 10, knowing that those things wouldn’t happen again.“

“I ordered a pizza and had several serious issues with my order (this order was not actually from his store) and the manager, Mathew B. Offered to solve the situation and was incredibly helpful. Problem is, I called the wrong store. He gives me the right number and I re-explain myself to the new manager. I was laughed at and the situation was incredibly mismanaged. I called Matthew back to lodge a complaint because of how he tried to rectify the situation in the first place. Not only is he handling it within the company, but he remade my pizza and brought it to me. He insisted that this behavior wasn't how dominos handles business and went above and beyond. Ty. Give him a raise fr. He really went to bad for the company.“

“Pizza King is the absolute GOAT and must go to classic in SO IN!! Period. The pizza is so good and has been for years and will be for years to come! The prize isn't too bad either. Love me some Pizza King. Keep doing it right guys!“
