“We have a special order, and they almost always get it correct.
Parking: This location needs designated parking because the Star Sushi customers fill the parking lot and stay much longer than someone who is just walking in to pick up a pizza and leave.“

“It’s Saturday night - big college football night. There are 4 tvs outside (2 are broken?). 3 tvs are showing IU. Understandable. 4th tv is playing Wiffle ball. Staff can’t seem to change the channel to the ABC prime time game. Seems like a problem that should be avoidable in 2025. Food is good.“

“I was told to come at a certain time to pick up pizza. They completely screwed up the order. Then told me I had to wait on the new pizza to cook. I really should one star you, but I’m giving you the chance to make it right. The time away from my family is valuable. I shouldn’t have to wait twice for one pizza so make it right the first time.“

“A Mr. Matthew Brown turned an almost disasterous night for myself and I'm sure others,, but what was almost the loss of a loyal customer for the business on 4-18-24 into a teaching and learning experience,, I feel every employee and manager should have his compassion but even if not his training, his customer service was absolutely superb,, the world needs more people like him but the person he is,, will without a doubt be a huge improvement to this location and the people of Jeffersonville

“These little puffs have had the community shambles to get these. Tried them. We both ordered the pepperoni one but unfortunately one was just cheese. He woofed his down in 2.2 seconds. Said they were better than their pizza. For me, the veridict is still out. They were really affordable though.“

“Marcos has always been my favorite. Back then the only Marcos I knew of was in new Albany so I was hype to see they put one just up the street from me. However, I feel like the pizzas I was getting seemed to always have issues and didn’t have that original Marcos taste. And my orders were wrong. Just a couple days ago, I wanted some marcos. Just got the good ole magnifico, which was the pizza that made me love Marcos in the first place. When I arrived, I noticed they had some new staff. Just 2 guys. This experience I had was a 180 degree from the last several disappointing times. These 2 guys know what they are doing. They were very accommodating, and I swear this magnifico I got was a 10/10. It made me remember why I love their pizza in the first place. It had that signature Marcos taste. They asked me to leave a review since the old staff wasn’t putting their all into customer service. 5/5 hands down. Marcos is awesome and I’m glad they have some staff now willing to show the initiative to put their customers first.“
