“I've been by this place and finally decided to stop in and try it. The first time was a weekend day and it was really good. The food was hot, delicious and they had a very good selection. They had very good service also. We tried it next on a weekday and again, the same as before, very good. This will be a place that I will continue to go to until either their service or food would drop off. A good thumbs up for me!“

“I ate at outcast Wednesday. I would call to make a reservation and i would get hung up on, The host wasn't at the stand for around 10 minutes. the bathrooms were trashed and the host girl was rude to me. I've asked for the manager and I was told to leave. terrible service“

“My number 1 go to for fish here in Louisville. I've tried it all. Service is amazing, food portions are great for the price. love seeing the river in the spring time. The only negative is the parking. Hey it's worth the wait!“

“Started off a little rough because I think they forgot about our reservation as they were seating people with the same reservation time while we sat and waited until I finally asked what was going on. At which point, they seated is promptly.
Aside from that, this restaurant is beautifully situated along the river with fantastic views. The food was amazing and our waitress was very attentive and friendly! After dinner, we were able to walk down and sit by the river to finish our drinks and digest our delicious meal.“

“My sister and I had lunch at Ramsi’s today. The crispy pedal salad is consistently delicious. I highly recommend it. The entrée that I ordered today was good but the chicken was overdone. Ramsi the owner came out to apologize and made it more than right for us . TOP NOTCH CLASS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks Ramsi we will definitely be back.“

“We had the best experience! Came in on a whim while in town for our Anniversary. Our server Joc blew it out of the park with suggestions on drinks and food topped off with a nice little back story on the family history in distilling. The old fashioned was one of the best I have had at a restaurant. We had the calamari for an app and the extra spice from the clabrian chilli was an awesome touch. We shared the wedge salad which was an explosion of flavors, with a savory green goddess dressing and topped with fresh grape tomatoes a special type of blue cheese (I can't remember the name) The tuna my wife had had a perfect crust and was cooked to perfection (the best tuna she has ever had) I ordered the lamb which was out of this world perfectly seassoned and seared with fresh mint parsley and dill with a nice cool creamy sauce. We got to try a new dessert not on menu, a white and black cookie which pay's homage to the chef's home in new york. A fluffy cookie with a pop of lemon zest, topped with half white frosting and half chocolate served with a side car of their espresso martini made with their own whiskey for dipping. Thank you for the wonderful dinning experience! We will definitely be back!“

“We tried the Capital Hour 3-6 pm promotion. We ordered four small plates including the lamb lollipops, the dry-aged NY strip steak, Caesar salad bites and the petite filet sliders. All were delicious. My Old Fashion was made just right while my wife loved the Pinot. Our server Haley, was knowledgeable, prompt and very professional. We'll be back.“

“The atmosphere is fine, the service of the children is incredible, they are very attentive and polite, but the food... ? I didn't like it very much, I've known so many places across the country, for my worst, not the worst but the baddest, I ate tacos, roasted food, and ate flan, the worst being flan, pure sugar and fruit. I think they can improve a bit.“

“Every single thing we ate here was PHENOMENAL! I had the beef japchae, and my partner had the beef bulgogi, and both were amazing flavorful! “We had my daughter‘s bridal shower at this restaurant and let me tell you everything about it was spectacular: the view, the food, the service, parking and accessibility, cleanliness. Julie, the event manager, took care of everything exactly as I wanted it without needing to be reminded of how we wanted the private room to be set up. The servers attended to our needs constantly and were very professional. The food was even better than expected, The restrooms were clean and of course the views were spectacular watching the ships come and go. Truly a wonderful experience.“

Clean, quiet, super friendly staff and fantastic food at good prices. Location on Southside can be a bit congested but you can sneak right out onto Strawberry for a light or a detour.
