She double-checked everything, communicated clearly with the kitchen, and treated my health with genuine care. What might seem like a small gesture to some means everything to people like me. “I’ve always loved Henry’s since I discovered it in the mid 90s. While they’ve changed over the years their service and quality have only increased. My only one sad regret is that since the pandemic they haven’t brought back the fresh seafood bar on Fridays and Saturdays! This was always an exceptional treat.“

“It’s a very attractive spacious space. Looks upscale without the high cost. Since it’s in Fort Wayne IN, casual attire certainly is welcome, but more dressed up would not be out of place. Liked that one of our times there included good live music. Wish they could regularly have live music on weekends. The patio in front is a good feature too as well as its late night hours. It just has a sexy grown-up club feel. Do think they should advertise it more to expand its business.“

“We visit a few vineyards every year while celebrating a birthday. Vinland has been one of our favorites. The winery is beautiful, the wine selection is great, the food is fantastic and very reasonably priced, and the service from Autumn was incredible.

But we had the BEST customer service that I have had in as long time. She was so Sweet and checked on us continually. She also suggested when I wanted a wrap...that I didnt have to have it with Buffalo sauce could get it just plain with ranch. When she bought the food she said, "Would you like an extra side of ranch". I thought that was so kind. Then when she bought boxes to the table for our left overs she bought a lid for my ranch and a sack to Carry our containers in...ALL without me asking. I asked for the manager to come to the table for her to be recognized for her impeccable customer service!! He said, " He appreciated me bringing that to his attention". I made sure she got an excellent tip for her Kind , caring and quality customer service. BUT I ALSO THINK SHE DESERVES A 5 STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating here as well. Most of the time these days you dont get that kind of customer service...so when you do it needs to be reconized!! Thank you again Caitlyn on a job well done!!“
