“My husband and I were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary. Our very first date was at OG, so we love to order from there on our day. We decided to try the new delivery option available on the website, and after waiting an hour and a half for Uber to try to get their act together, Uber canceled our order. I immediately called OG to explain what happened and to see what could be done. The GM, Nicole, was absolutely amazing! She was very upset that the delivery was messed up and did everything she could to find out what happened. She explained she was going to drive the order to us herself. She lived near our hotel and wanted to be sure we got dinner being it was already 9pm on a Saturday night. I was almost in tears. I then explained that she was saving our anniversary dinner. When she had our entire order remade, she packed a few extra goodies and included a little note wishing us a Happy Anniversary. This woman knows customer service! I encourage everyone to go to the 82nd St location in Indy.“

“Normally, I am very pleased with the service and food of this location. I am ashamed, today was not such a great experience. When I was walking up to the register, an elderly lady, despite her age, was able to get in front of me and I’m like, it’s OK. Leave it to me to be generous, 10 minutes later, she still at the register trying to order her some sort of food from her application. Unfortunately, unable to get into a line because it would’ve taken another 10 minutes with only two registers open. I had to leave and go elsewhere but this was 20 minutes of my total time during lunch.“

“We came for lunch yesterday and the wait was 1 1/2 hours (Saturday before Mother’s Day) there were plenty of tables, just not enough servers, something I think all restaurants are suffering with right now. Olive Garden made the best decision in only seating what the wait staff could handle.. and because of that our server wasn’t overwhelmed or stressed and our service wasn’t compromised!! We stopped at your location last Saturday. There was a young man who really stood out from the other employees. He was holding doors open for customers, walking the dining room and taking trays of trash from tables, refilling customers drinks, emptied the trash bin and still made time to talk to us. Wow. He is an incredible young man. I definitely wanted to give him a good review. His name is Darian. So glad they wear name tags!!

“It's a great Chick-fil-a drive through. Most of the time I go here is for drive through for lunch. Given the number of people who go through this place on a daily basis they do an amazing job. They are very fast and have gotten my order correct every single time. We'll done! Also, have to add, their Southwest Salad is the best salad yiu can get in a drive through.“

“My nephews love this place for the huge loaded baked potatoes and nachos and cheese. I also really enjoyed my combo of a half order salad and half sandwich. The portions are really generous and prices are very reasonable. The service was fast and friendly. They give you a number after to take to your table after you order at the counter. They bring the food out to you when it's ready so you can sit and relax with your drink that is self-serve from the fountain machine. We really enjoyed our meal and I would definitely go back. Thank you to the whole staff!“

“Darjae was awesome! I pick up lunch for an office of 14-16 people twice a week and it's refreshing to work with employees who are friendly and take care with our big orders. She labeled them for me and was super welcoming. The food was good too. The smalls are a little small but compared to other restaurant prices, it's not too bad for what you get. Decent quality for a quick noodle stop, and good variety!“

“I love Panera. it's my go to place for salads and they never fail. Except for the last time I picked up a bowl of my yummy salad only to find out it was packed with so much lettuce and almost no chicken or other elements that go with it. My Fuji apple salad was nothing close to what I always get. Otherwise Panera is a great place.“
