The only minor complaints were the croutons on the salad were very salty and the shrimp (all of them) were slightly overcooked. (Not unusual in the midwest) Although we told her not to, the manager took them off the bill. Our server, Lorenzo, was very attentive without being intrusive. Overall, a very good evening. The Chandon champagne splits were VERY reasonable.”

The crispy exterior and flavorful filling were nothing short of amazing. For the main course, I opted for the filet mignon hibachi, accompanied by fried rice, salad, and clear soup. I also had a side of noodles. The filet was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy. The fried rice and vegetables were equally impressive, each bite full of flavor. The noodles were a comforting addition, complementing the meal beautifully. Koto’s atmosphere strikes a unique balance between casual and elegant, making it a perfect spot for both special occasions and a relaxed evening out. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Although we chose to sit at a regular dinner table, I noticed they also offer hibachi tables for those seeking a more interactive dining experience. The food came out quickly, and I left thoroughly satisfied with my meal. Without a doubt, Koto has secured a place on my list of go-to restaurants. We will definitely be returning.”

It would have been nice to have a large option instead of just one size. I could imagine being hungrier.

However, the biggest flag is that it took 35 minutes for the bowl to come out-- despite walking in at 5pm for dinner, trying to avoid the rush. The two times I've been here, there has only been one man taking care of the front: taking orders, serving, and cleaning. Even though he tries his best, he's just always busy, so I hope they hire a part timer.”

“My review goes beyond the welcoming and homey atmosphere, the wonderful staff, and the simply delicious authentic food ( perfectly prepared from scratch I might add). I took my Dolset bowls in with me hoping perhaps I might get some as to seasoning my bowls, ( I had done it incorrectly ). Not only did the owner literally take my bowls and season them for me, she also taught me how to best cook in them, and if all that kindness wasn't enough she gave me a lid as my bowls did not come with any.Ever time we go we learn more about etiquette customs and Korean food.The owner is always sweet enough to smile and correct me nicely when I use a Korean phrase incorrectly. They also have Korean BBQ tables which makes for a great evening out cooking and laughing with friends. I hope you try this restaurant, yummy food and wonderful people. Michele F”

Y’all are awesome, I came in a little sluggish after getting a tattoo and they were so nice chatting with me while finishing up the order. I wish I would’ve gotten the guys name but I recognize him, and every time he’s working my sandwich somehow tastes even better than the last time. “Have been eating Barnabys since I was a kid. My kids, and now my grandkids love it also. Great service and the food is always hot and delicious. Pizza, burgers, Italian beef, fries, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and so many more options. Beer and pop on tap. Also has wine and bottled beer. Always been amazing. All 3 locations are great! Definitely recommend!!”
