“We have Been at Theo’s at least 20 times in the last 3 years. The first time was the best and last night was the last. Food was a lot better 3 years ago. The staff seemed like they cared about you buying the right or the best value, Last night we were ripped off. David was our server. Telling how great the specials were with out telling us the price. My wife wanted seafood not steak. So we ordered her the seafood crab legs, lobster tail and shrimp. Crab legs tasted like they were frozen for a long time, the lobster was Tuff. Shrimp was good in garlic butter. I had a steak. With mushrooms. Do your self a favor ask what the price for any specials . DON’T BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT KNOWING THE PRICE. SeaFood Special $175.66 Who the hell charges this for a pound of crab legs and a lobster tail? Never again! Buyer beware!“

“An absolute 5-star experience at Council Oak Steaks and Seafood inside the Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana!
Every single detail of our dinner was flawless. Our server, Christian, truly elevated the evening. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and provided world-class service from start to finish. As for the food...wow! The wine selection was amazing and our cab franc paired perfectly with our meal. I ordered the wagyu ribeye, which was 16oz of melt-in-your-mouth fantastic...my dining partner had the scallops. They were cooked so well they would make Gordon Ramsey speechless!!
Between the top-tier service from Christian and the exceptional meal, this was an unforgettable dining experience. We will definitely be back!“

“We typically love it here. However, we had an easily avoidable issue yesterday. The app only allows the "call ahead" for up to 6. We had a party of 12. So, we called the location to ask if they could accommodate a party of 12. We kept getting placed on hold by 3 different employees only to be told they can't give a time estimate until we are physically there (15+minutes btw of employee after employee). Okay, we pack up and head there. After arriving we are told they can't even sit the 12 of us together and it's a 1.5 hour wait. What a WASTE of OUR time. I understand the wait is based on the customer traffic. But if you guys know you can't sit 12 together, TELL US OVER THE DAM PHONE!!!!!!“

“My husband and I went out on a date night on Saturday and decided to check this place out , we were NOT disappointed. Everything was amazing from the service to the ambiance. There is nothing negative I could say about this place. We will be sure to come back soon.“

“I had heard they had prime rib tacos, I have never had prime rib tacos. I guess you can only get them on Wednesday so I called and ordered carry out. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The taco itself was absolutely delicious! So savory and moist. I am glad I ordered 3 of them. I will 100% be going back.“

“We went to longhorn around lunch time (go figure) we had a chicken the waitress brought out a salad and food in a timely manner everything was served hot and fresh her service was excellent she made sure we had proper refills the meal was reasonable didn't cost too much would gladly recommend anybody for a meal Texas longhorn will get it done.“
“I called to request not to fry my Catfish Steaks too hard!! The lady that I spoke to was very patient, helpful & kind!! I called back a few days later, she remembered me & so nice & gracious again!! WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HER!! I'll get her name the next time that I call!!“

“Great selection on menu, nice ambiance, great cocktails, exceptional service (by Josh), and the food was fabulous. Ribeye cooked to perfection medium rare and the Lobster Got was amazing! We had to order a second one. Dinner for two, but we ate like it was 4 of us! Lol… Strongly recommend and advise making reservations. High demand establishment.“
