“I hope the Management Team reads this… I have been beyond impressed with the staff at the New Castle Culver’s. It is evident Management has taken a great deal of time training the staff to be customer friendly. When ordering staff guide you to choices. As many of us hesitate in making choices the response is “we want you to be happy and please take your time”. Food delivery is prompt. As we leave we always get a positive comment like “have a great day” or “ thank you for visiting us”. What is most impressive is these are often young adults who are learning customer service which is being reinforced obviously by the owners and Management Team. I might also add the environment is spotless. We don’t go to Culver’s often but when we do I leave smiling. BTW the grand babies LOVE the ice cream with the kids meals.“

“This is quite possibly the cleanest fast food restaurant you'll ever find and the people that work there (every time that we've been there), like 3 or 4 times, have always been so friendly, nice and helpful. We are somewhat new to New Castle and try to avoid fried food for the most part but love the treat of LJS and this one is the BEST!! Great service and food!!“

“Only a short wait for your order. Good roast beef sandwich, crinkle fries and curley fries. Fish is good too. Manager started to bring our food to us before I could get to the counter. Awesome attitudes and service! Nice to have potato cakes back! Special Two can dine for 9.99 is hard to beat.“

“My husband and I were passing through New Castle on our way home for the Thanksgiving holiday. There were only two sweet ladies working the restaurant, Sam and Diana. While people were being very rude and impatient with them, they were still very kind so us and served us as quickly as they could despite it just being the two of them. The food was yummy and warm. Thank you to Sam and Diana for putting up with grumpy customers during the holiday and treating everyone with the same equal service and respect. ❤️“

“Had to wait a few minutes before I got my order placed. You have to walk up and order. After order was placed it didn't take long for one blizzard. It was good enough, not special and cup wasn't all the way full. Tasted good though.“
