“Our server was Angelica and she was great. Friendly, prompt, helpful. The food was exactly what we were looking for. Great flavor, portion size, presentation. I had the strip and it was cooked exactly to my specifications. My husband had the meatloaf. The flavors were on point! Definitely will be back.“

I’ve had reactions at other restaurants that led to hospital visits — so finding a place that truly understands gluten-free safety is rare. Don Hall’s in Fort Wayne has consistently taken my gluten-free needs seriously, and tonight was exceptional. My server, Ashley B, went above and beyond. She double-checked everything, communicated clearly with the kitchen, and treated my health with genuine care. What might seem like a small gesture to some means everything to people like me. I was able to enjoy a night out without fear! Thank you to Ashley and the entire staff for your attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism. I’m so grateful to have a place I can trust!“

“We are so happy with our dine in! Kennedy was great & the food was outstanding! We enjoyed app’s, entree & desserts! During our stay, a gentlemen came in noticeably rushed to pick up his to go order, his wife has been in the ICU & his had a rough week. We witnessed the owner refusing to take his money knowing his a regular supporter of the restaurant & his story, they hugged it out! The feels!!! “My husband and I went to Bistro Nota a couple of weeks ago on a cold rainy Friday night. We went because one of the owners/chefs is Jake - formerly of Chop’s Wine Bar (when it was at it’s best). As is Jake’s forte, the the food was fabulous! We tried several different things. We ordered a bottle of the “house” red wine from their varied wine list. It was a great wine, far superior to what I expected from anyone’s house wine! The Pain et Fromage was delicious-Homemade Sliced Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia served with Roasted Pepper Cheese Dip. For dinner we tried their delicious Bistro Mac & Cheese - for an “a la carte” item it was a large portion. We ordered Low country Shrimp (GF) from the “small plates” portion of the menu - my husband doesn’t eat pork so they graciously omitted the bacon. We ordered Beef Teres Major entree -Petite Shoulder Tenderloin, Roasted Garlic Marinated, Potato Veloute, Sofrito with Grilled Focaccia. The staff is engaging, congenial & professional. The atmosphere is comfortable, urban, slightly industrial. We will go back to Bistro Nota again and again !!!“

Today, home in Connecticut I was just picked up by an Uber driver, we were chatting and she said she just moved here from Fort Wayne to care for her parents, when I mentioned the restaurant she said she's been there many times, the food is fantastic, the interior is beautiful and the neighborhood is incredible!!! Easy to believe!!“

“Finally made it back for the first time this year after they were closed for a week to do a little remodel and it's even more perfect! They removed the barriers that were installed when Covid hit and opened up the counter area again. Plus moved some of the furniture around to create more social gathering spots. Bonus points for changing their Sunday hours from a 2pm closing time to 4pm!“

“Easily one of the best lowkey spots in FW, they have a great variety of ingredients and toppings. I always get a bowl (usually with marinated salmon) and they pack it full. Everyone's oh so nice too! Highly recommend giving them a try. For people wary of what poke it even is, think of your favorite sushi roll and just deconstruct it, hope that helps!“

“Came in on a Friday night with a couple friends and the place had a nice, laid back vibe. It wasn’t too loud, which I appreciated since we actually wanted to talk. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries and it was pretty solid, juicy and cooked how I asked. The wings were decent too, good flavor but not crazy spicy. Service took a little while when it got busy, but our server kept checking in and was friendly the whole time. Prices felt fair for what you get. Overall, it’s a reliable neighborhood bar & grill and I’d go back again.“

It all comes together because of her she makes sure everything is perfect or makes it that way. Wife Pattie and I were there last night to celebrate both birthdays her mother and mine both born the same day in Feb. 1919. If you want great food, great service, and great atmosphere. “Caliente has evolved a lot over the past couple years. One thing that is consistent however , is the awesome food. Priced well and worth the money. Anytime I'm working in downtown fort Wayne , I make it a point to stop in for lunch at least once a week!“

“Ate at Bagger Dave's Tavern this weekend with our family. The service was great and the waitress went out of her way to please us. I highly recommend the veggie pizza with the pico it was amazing! We definitely will eat there again!“

“We were given a table of 6 for the two of us due to their wait time being so long, and they had to put my small group there.
They had people standing nearby at stations which was fine. They were there a bit too long, and being next by our table was a bit odd. We suggest there being people who standby every once a while rather than be standing there 24/7.“

“Ate here at Blaze Pizza for the 2nd year in a row during our annual Trip to Sweetwater Music. There were 4 of us. We all loved the food and experience.
The manager, Pierce, was absolutely amazing with our order and making warm conversation with us. He had great recommendations on the pizza and he was 100% right about the hot honey topper. The pizza was memorable. He is an awesome dude. Stop in for some good pizza and say hello to him. He made our visit good enough that I wanted to drop a review and say thank you Pierce!“

“Pizza sounded like a great option for a late family meal on a Saturday night, and B. Antonio's did not disappoint. We got two pizzas, one regular and one gluten free. Some pizza places have gluten free crusts available but cannot accommodate celiac disease safely. My wife had no issues at all after eating, so we are thrilled to have a celiac safe pizza option. The rest of us enjoyed the combination of toppings on our pizza as well- just the right amount of meats, vegetables, sauce, and cheese. We will definitely be back!“

“We had the best experience we've ever had in many years of eating at Trolley last weekend! The last few times we came, we were just not wowed or impressed. This time was much different. We had the best server we've ever had of any restaurant we've ever been to (Jennifer), and the food and drinks and everything were all perfectly on point. They were very busy with the Savor Fort Wayne crowd but that did not affect anything. Jennifer took time to engage with our family, including my nearly 90 year old grandmother. She joked with my dad & I and paid special attention to our kids, and really went above and beyond in every aspect. Trolley went from being low on our lists of favorites to back near the top! We will most certainly be back and hope for the same experience again!“

“I tried the Strawberry Caprese salad and there was a total of six strawberries cut in half and no pecans. The dressing had very little taste. My daughter had the Fuji Chicken Apple salad and enjoyed it. Service was great but the dining area was not very clean at all. Lots of dirty tables and carpet.“
