“We had a wonderful time on our anniversary and again when we returned to celebrate a friends birthday. The drinks were delicious and beautifully served. And every part of the meal was incredible! The apple and kale salad was amazing. The duck frites are so delicious and we have had the salmon dish and the pork chop dish. The portion sizes are generous and you won’t be disappointed!“

“Stopped in from out of town with little time to spare before the Komets hockey game, almost didn’t go thinking there was no way we’d have time for a sit down restaurant on a Saturday night but called ahead about 15 minutes out. They got us right into a table, our server was with us right away. I never leave reviews but Tonya was so attentive and swift with our service that I felt obligated. In a world where it seems every time you go out and spend your hard earned money to enjoy a nice family meal you end up feeling like a burden on your server or put on the back burner, she was the exact opposite. You could feel that she was genuinely working to ensure that my family was well taken care of and had an excellent experience. We never had to wait for anything, she paid attention, anytime my wife or I thought of something we needed she would pop up and ask before I could even wave her over. (Yet she managed to not be that overeager, constantly asking you if you need anything to the point it becomes obnoxious server). She had several tables and I could see they were all receiving the same attention we were. There was no stopping to play on her phone or going out to take breaks, or talking with coworkers, we were a priority. Our drinks never ran dry and the timing was perfect. We got there and got sat right away, quickly got our drinks, salads immediately after, and by the time we were done with the salads and bread the food was there and PERFECT. The prime rib was amazing and the Ribeye was out of this world! Everything was cooked perfectly the first time out of the kitchen, our couple little requests were immediately addressed by Tonya and she returned quickly. She was great with our kids and even helped pack up our leftovers for the dog. We made it to the Colosseum with time to spare before the puck drop. 5 star food, accommodated quickly, and It was so refreshing to have a server that actually cared so much for her job. From the hostess, to the server, to the kitchen- 5 star service all the way around. We will go back whenever we’re in town.“

“My husband and I went to Bistro Nota a couple of weeks ago on a cold rainy Friday night. We went because one of the owners/chefs is Jake - formerly of Chop’s Wine Bar (when it was at it’s best). As is Jake’s forte, the the food was fabulous! We tried several different things. We ordered a bottle of the “house” red wine from their varied wine list. It was a great wine, far superior to what I expected from anyone’s house wine! The Pain et Fromage was delicious-Homemade Sliced Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia served with Roasted Pepper Cheese Dip. For dinner we tried their delicious Bistro Mac & Cheese - for an “a la carte” item it was a large portion. We ordered Low country Shrimp (GF) from the “small plates” portion of the menu - my husband doesn’t eat pork so they graciously omitted the bacon. We ordered Beef Teres Major entree -Petite Shoulder Tenderloin, Roasted Garlic Marinated, Potato Veloute, Sofrito with Grilled Focaccia. The staff is engaging, congenial & professional. The atmosphere is comfortable, urban, slightly industrial. We will go back to Bistro Nota again and again !!!“

We were met with a warm greeting from Miss Betty & immediately felt right at home. She began sharing her testimony about how overcoming drug addiction through her faith led her to opening the restaurant. Once sober she felt better putting healthy food in her body & wanted to make healthy food available for others. She also told us that she provided work opportunities for others that were down on their luck & needed a fresh start getting on their feet. She had our undivided attention with her story, but politely excused herself because the longer we talked, the longer we'd have to wait on our food.. she was also the cook! Our dishes came out in little to no time, but were definitely worth the wait. Everything was hot, fresh, & delicious. After we ate, Miss Betty introduced us to a few others that were still in the Café, & before we all left.. she gathered us together for a prayer before we all headed out in our different directions. I'm not sure when I'll be in Ft. Wayne again, but whenever it may be.. I'll be stopping in Miss Betty's Café for another Divine Encounter.“

“We have eaten at Club Soda for years (even have a favorite table we always book) unfortunately last year we had a bad experience with a waitress and had kind of steered clear for a while. Decided to go back last night for my hubby’s birthday and so glad we did - it was great. Everything we had was good but Jeremiah (it said on the receipt but he might have gone by Jarred) waited on us and he was fabulous. Probably one of the best waiters I’ve had in years. Thanks to him for making our night fabulous! And don’t sleep on the “ring of fire” - it’s not on the menu anymore but they still make it!“

The duck ragoon appetizer or something I didn't know I needed until then. It comes piping hot, and totally worth burning your mouth for --please be careful! The inside is molten goodness with small bits of duck. It comes with a sweet chili dipping sauce and the outside has a thick crunch.

? For pizza, we ordered two 10-in regular crust pizzas to share. One was the Porky Pig and the other was the Bahn Mi. Porky Pig was our favorite of the two. The Bahn Mi did actually taste like the Vietnamese sandwich, but beware, there are little bits of jalapeno on it so there's a kick. The only issue was that the toppings on the pizzas had a hard time staying them as we had to tear the slices apart.

The next day though, cold leftovet pizza out of the fridge though was superb.??

I also got a cup of soup: Irish Stew. I felt like it might have been under seasoned.“

“A great high-end restaurant. I like to meet here for business meetings because it's quiet and you can get in usually without a wait at lunch. There are so many things to rave about, but I'll just pick the lobster bisque, the carrot cake, and the ribeye. My three favorites. Great salads too.“

“I went to this restaurant recently for a work Christmas party and they accommodated a large group exceptionally well. The menu looked quite well rounded, but I was surprised that there was no pricing. I ordered an 8 oz filet mignon which smelled amazing. The garlic mashed potatoes were delicious too. They ran out of creme brûlée, so I went with a raspberry cheesecake, which was top notch. Overall the meal which quite enjoyable with our servers attending to our every need. The salad bar never fails to please too“

“My husband and I used Pint & Slice's upstairs rental room for our wedding rehearsal dinner and we're so glad we did! We were able to book the space ahead of time and provide our order via email. The staff introduced themselves so we knew who our point of contact was and all the food was ready right on time. There was something everyone enjoyed (we even got a GF and vegan cheese pizza for those with dietary restrictions) and the pizza, salad, and drinks went quickly. The staff was super accommodating (even on a really busy day) and we were even able to add a couple pizzas last-minute when we realized how quickly our guests were smashing the ones we previously ordered. We will obviously keep stopping in for slices and pies, but would recommend anyone to book the room for your special event as well!“
