“First time visiting this Resturant!!!! We came for our daughter’s birthday!!! Our server was absolutely amazing !!! I forgot her name but she took care of the bass family reservation!!! She was very tentative and had everyone’s drinks always filled food delivered super fast!!! She was the best waitress!!! The food amazing!!! The flavors to die for!!! We will definitely be coming back we live almost 2 hrs away, was definitely worth the drive!!!! 5 stars for sure“

“My husband and I were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary. Our very first date was at OG, so we love to order from there on our day. We decided to try the new delivery option available on the website, and after waiting an hour and a half for Uber to try to get their act together, Uber canceled our order. I immediately called OG to explain what happened and to see what could be done. The GM, Nicole, was absolutely amazing! She was very upset that the delivery was messed up and did everything she could to find out what happened. She explained she was going to drive the order to us herself. She lived near our hotel and wanted to be sure we got dinner being it was already 9pm on a Saturday night. I was almost in tears. I then explained that she was saving our anniversary dinner. When she had our entire order remade, she packed a few extra goodies and included a little note wishing us a Happy Anniversary. This woman knows customer service! I encourage everyone to go to the 82nd St location in Indy.“

“Every time we eat at jets, we always get the barbecue chicken pizza, sometimes with the pineapple, but they are both wonderful and we get the detroit deep disvariation, and they are always very good, very filling. This time, we tossed in some breadsticks, which were really good and we enjoyed our meal immensely. Like a lot of bigger pizza places, the prices are always relatively expensive. And it can cost you a little bit to get one large pizza. Put some breadsticks l, and we got some wings. I forgot about that.The whole meal cost us about $60, I believe.“

“We just left Goodfellas and we had the BEST experience. Rylan was the sweetest person that has ever served me. The food was delicious. The gentleman that cleaned up our dishes was kind, good mannered, and a team player! The other staff all smiled and made us feel welcome! It was truly an amazing experience. “My boss ordered us lunch on Uber eats. We received the wrong pizza. Wrong size. Wrong order. Puccini's reached out immediately. I have not had time to call them however they suggested Uber Eats May have been the issue. I decided to edit order because the food is always great. I woukd rate them ad amont the top three in town.“

“Oh my goodness was this such a good place! there were so many food options! and don't get me started on how many toppings there were! The Calazones were some of the best Italian food I've ever had! The server was amazing! and it wasn't very busy at all! 10/10 would definitely recommend! ❤️❤️❤️“

“A Memorable Dining Experience Thanks to Dimitri!
My recent visit was nothing short of exceptional, and that was largely due to the outstanding service provided by Dimitri! From the moment we were seated, he made us feel genuinely welcome with his warm demeanor and attentiveness.
Dimitri went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our meal was perfect! He was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and had a friendly yet professional attitude that made the dining experience truly enjoyable. Our drinks were always full, the food arrived promptly, and he even checked in just the right amount--never intrusive, but always there when we needed something!!
His positive energy and commitment to great service created an atmosphere that made the meal even more special. It's rare to find a server who makes such a lasting impression, but Dimitri did just that! If you're dining at Olive Garden, I highly recommend asking for him--you won't be disappointed!!
