“I ordered 2 meals, General Tso & chicken broccoli with crab Rangoon. They said it wud take 10-15 minutes. I walked outside to my car, sat there about 12 minutes & went back inside and had to wait another 15 minutes. Only 1 guy was sitting and eating but I think he was an employee. No soy sauce in the basket. Had to wait for an employee to find a box, open it and fill the basket b4 I cud get any for my meal. Almost 25 minutes after placing my order, it was finally done so I cud leave. Food was good when I got home. I wud just like to know how they can prepared the food, bag it and the food stays HOT. ? Enjoyed a good hot meal.“
