“On Monday, 6/1, at 6:46pm at the North Manchester, IN USA location: this crew was working their butts off!! My family was in for dessert after going to dinner. Everyone put their order in, and I stood with my dad at the register to wait for the order to help him carry items to the table. The crew behind the counter was in the THICK of a rush for both inside and drive-thru. Not a crew member complaining, not a single person lazy on their phone. They were busy and working so very hard. Each person working together, not a crew member acting above another. They moved as one team, one unit. I am from out of town and highly impressed with how they were working together. They were all flushed and stressed - but who wouldn’t be in the middle of a rush!
Was there a wait for our treats? Yes. Was it worth the wait to get to watch this crew do their thing? Also, yes. Is their room for improvement? We all can improve an any role we carry. I really hope that the team working this evening is recognized for their hard work. I hope the people in the drive-thru had patience and grace with each person on this DQ staff.“

“We order from this pizza hut usually at least once a month and 95% of the time it's typically ready in 20 minutes or less and they are awesome about asking if you want paper plates and napkins and making sure your order is correct and you get what your wanting!“
“The pizza I had was great. Breadsticks were plain. My husband's meatball sandwich was extremely greasy. It was a cute little place underneath the Time Out Bar. When we went there was only one person working. He had to take an order and go get it made, then come take another order, go get it started, came back to get another order, etc.“

“Have always had good food from the Akron Subway.Only one time was a mistake, but they corrected... it was a full bus load of students who ordered so much food that they ran out of certain vegetables to make my online order. But they gave me a replacement for the unexpected inconvenience.?“

“I stopped by Subway today (5/28/26) and was thoroughly impressed with not just the food and environment, but more importantly, the talent of Stacey & Tanya! Two outstanding professionals who handled the lunch rush with great attitudes and a dedicated “customer first” experience. I’ve dined at Subway for several years (mainly at larger and urban environments where the experience is typically average) and today’s experience was very great, if not the best! Hats off to those two gals who made my Subway experience perfect!“
