We grabbed seats at the bar last night, where Maritza proved she can shake a cocktail like nobody’s business. The carbonara is my go-to—hands down the best I’ve had this side of, well, Italy. The oysters are my favorite in Indy, always perfectly shucked, and the wine list makes me grin every time I spot my favorite Vermentino. You don’t have to be a neighbor to feel like one once you’re at Bocca!“

“First things first- I’ve been to Italy and had “real” pasta AND pasta is not usually my first choice. In fact I probably have it twice a year. BUT THIS… Was. So. Good. Highly recommend the pesto ravioli, sausage pasta, Parmesan garlic toast, and shrimp fondue. Service was great and restaurant was a cute vibe, which feels as important as the food itself.“

“What a nice restaurant. Went there with my wife and grown children for dinner. Nice atmosphere and our waiter was very polite and helpful.
Everybody enjoyed their meal. We started with Calamari for an appetizer. My wife and I shared their Beat Salad. Wow! It was a nice well balanced portion with the right amount of dressing. Very well prepared.
My wife, Daughter-in-law and Son-in-law had the Rigatoni Bolognese. Looked scrumptious and they all said it was fantastic. They ate it all. My son and I had their Pesto Gnocchi. Very well done with great flavor. The only thing my son said that it might have been even better if it was a little more al dente. The texture was unbelievable and they actually melted in your mouth. My Daughter had the Chicken Marsala. She said it was phenomenal. Give them a try if you want a nice dining experience.
Next time in Indy we will go back. So glad we tried this place.“

“My son’s favorite restaurant is Olive Garden. We have been to a lot of them and this one was the best. The service was great and the food was phenomenal. Everything tasted fresh like it was just cooked. they didn’t skimp on the bread sticks and gave us plenty. The salad had ample amount of toppings. The service was friendly and attentive. “This is a hotel restaurant at Wyndham hotel. It is a nice restaurant inside. When I went for breakfast they only had one server in the front. I would say for lunch and dinner they would have more servers. My breakfast burrito was delicious it hit the spot with enough spice. I noticed they also have a pool table there as well. They also have a wide range of spirits behind the bar as well!!!!!!!!!!“

“We came for lunch yesterday and the wait was 1 1/2 hours (Saturday before Mother’s Day) there were plenty of tables, just not enough servers, something I think all restaurants are suffering with right now. Olive Garden made the best decision in only seating what the wait staff could handle.. and because of that our server wasn’t overwhelmed or stressed and our service wasn’t compromised!! Kudos to the management for putting the employees who want to work first!! It was well worth the wait!! Servers keep up the good work!! Happy Mother’s Day!!“

“Sometimes when you pay $30 for a pizza you get something disappointing. Less cheese than you’d expect, fewer toppings than you’d like, crust that’s both too dense but somehow not substantial. However, this place gives you great bang for your buck! We got our pizza overflowing with cheese, generous portions of Italian beef layered underneath, and plenty of spicy peppers. But beware - this is a SPICY pizza and I’m someone who regularly uses hot sauce. I had to keep wiping my nose! It was delightful. We got half without hot peppers for the kids. We still have 1/3 of the pizza left and it was for 5 people. 10/10 would go back again!“

“My wife and I have been long time wine club members so long that we have gotten to know all of the many mgrs ( and there have been a lot of them over a very short amount of time) the grad operation have become shorter and unpredictable and quite frankly we have wonder why or how It has stayed open for the past 4 years???? But we remained as wine club members because Foyt liters the best wine and we just love it! Recently came in to pick up our quartile bottles and where told we had already picked them up? This was impossible simply because the time when we were coming by they literally didn’t have any of the wines that we like? Not even for sale by the glass……. We told the lady that was there taking care of things ( whom we had never seen) and we where blown off for better yet made to feel we where trying to get over on them???? We were so offended!!!!! After tickets the winery all these years through what has obviously been hard times for them to be treelike that was the last straw!!! We went in last week to get our wine for this quarter and just call it quits and get rid of our mentor all these years and we were met with the new mgr Jenn. She was so pricey and classy and took the time to verities we were long time members !!!! She did what shocked us and provided us with most of the bottles that we were supposed to have two quarters ago and our new order!!!!! She had no idea we would be canceling our membership and that’s what made us stay and keep our membership!!!! She was a very refreshing thing to see !!!! A mgr first of all and one that looked to take care of what one would think is their most critical people the wine club members!!!!! Foyt has the best wine anywhere!!!!! I’m convinced the two who run the operation could care less about it doing good business since they don’t have any skin in it and it shows! They have the best wine that’s made by the Indy 500 greatest champion ( their) grandfather and it feels like this place is barely an afterthought for them. They never have a presence there and clearly don’t need it to be successful. But at least I can say that they found a great hire to steer the ship for them as Jenn was amazing as she manages , served and handled everything by herself on a Saturday with grace and class!!!!“

It’s such an easy, lovely walk from the IRT or Hilbert Circle Theater, and the perfect way to ease from the arts into a cozy, relaxed dinner. We always order the deep dish stuffed veggie supreme (because the veggirs are so fresh… how could we not?) and start with calamari. And yes… the cheese pull is every bit as good as people say. It’s rich, hearty, and honestly—one slice fills me up, two is my husband’s limit! But what really keeps us coming back is the feeling of the place. Sitting by those big windows, people watching, unwinding after the performance—it just turns dinner into an experience. And the service is consistently warm and thoughtful.
