“I've been here several times. The service is always friendly and quick. Secondly, the food is comparable or average to other Mexican restaurants. Lastly, I recommend getting anything with asada because it's tender. Overall, a nice little spot to grab lunch during work.

“I had my 40th birthday here over the weekend using the party room with about 40 people. Everything turned out so nice. The food was delicious, the servers were very accommodating, there was live music (which I didn’t know about and many people in the party enjoyed) and a DJ at night. We had a blast and I’m so glad that I did the party here. I had a decorator come to add balloons, and some decor. I was worried that the room would be too small, but it worked out perfectly. Thank you Emilio’s for hosting my special event, we had a great time!“

Carne asada, pastor and lengua tacos on homemade and regular corn tortillas were all delicious. The asada had a bit of a sweet flavor to it, I assume they might use oranges as a marinade idk, they were good either way.“

I always love Spanish rice which is a lot more flavorful than white rice, but I normally don't like burritos as much since many of them have thick wrap especially at the ends, making them a bit too dry and heavy. But the burrito from this place was very moist, light and tasty and I totally enjoyed every single bite. My family ordered a few tacos and nachos with chicken and they also savored them! If we go to Chicago again I will definitely have meals at this place again“
