“Very friendly "servers". Store practiced social distancing. Was not crowded. The cookies were not stocked well. They only had a few macadamia nut cookies left and I bought them. The employee said they were out of cookies. That is one reason I go to Subway. I ordered a foot long veggie sub on Italian herbs and cheese bread. The bread was very fresh as were the veggies I choose for my sandwich. The server was very generous with my sub and I was very pleased. Will return but only if they have a well stocked macadamia nut cookie shelf. LOL“

I had a “basic” turkey sandwich but it was so dang good that she must have made it with love and some secret ingredients because it doesn’t even make sense how good it tasted. I got it will all of the toppings and the turkey was actually juicy and flavorful. Same with the Reuben ($2 off on Tuesdays). Husband said it was the best Rueben of his life (I tried it and agree). “First time customer last week. The food was excellent. I had the Red Sea Tuna Salad sandwich. The portion was huge and the flavor was excellent. Among the best tuna sandwich's I've ever had. The tomato, spinach & pasta soup was delicious. It tasted homemade and was the perfect match for my sandwich. I also tried the pineapple lemonade. OMG! I have a sweet tooth and it was satisfied. It was surprisingly delicious. But, I could only have one a week or so! The food was reasonably priced; with the tip, I think it was a little over $20.00. The staff was super friendly. It took a few minutes longer than I expected for the food to be prepared. But, it clearly wasn't pre-made. It tasted fresh made. That takes a little more time. Happy to wait for it! The store is small with one or two tables as I recall. Maybe 4 to 8 people could eat-in if they like. I'm so glad this little soups, salads and sandwiches shop is in the neighborhood. I want the tuna sandwich again. But, I think I'll try the grilled salmon sandwich tomorrow when I go back.“

“Food was made to order. I ordered a fish sandwich and a fry and pop came with it; my total was 9.47 wit tax. The Fish sandwich had lettuce tomato and some onion; I took off the onions. I asked for mild sauce on the fries, which was also pretty good. Only drawback is the fries were a small sized portion, and I should have ordered two meals since I was so hungry that time. The fish had a battered fillet; mine was a fillet and a half which was nice compared to other places which is a minced breaded fish patty. I'll def come again; next tim I'll call my order in ahead of time.“

When I called the employee was rude about it BUT, when I went up the chain the manager Sarah was great and handling the problem and later got a call from the owner of the location he also wanted to make things right and promised to coach the employees to handle the situation better. Because of the post incident customer service I am willing to give them another chance. Which is why I gave service 3 stars, was just 1 but the follow up was 5. The good however is great...
