“I have been meaning to make this review for over a month right now and keep on forgetting.

A month ago my husband and I made a big order at Jimmy Johns for ourselves and our wedding party to have for lunch. I worked with Sheena Lowell and she was wonderful to work with. I asked her what would make it easier for her and her team for such a big order, and she provided me those instructions and dropped them off at the location. Everything went flawless for us. All orders were 100% correct and it nice for the bridal side of the wedding party to have sandwiches to munch on while finishing up getting ready for our big day. We could not have done it without Sheena and her team.“

“It is my favorite coffee place of all time. The bakery is so amazing! I could eat the egg salad beagles everyday they are that good. Staff is always amazing! If you want to try a new mix in your coffee as them they are more then happy to give recommendations. By youngest says they have the best blue raspberry lemonade ever! A long with their Chocolate Chip Muffins and Cinnamon Rolls. Highly recommend going there and supporting this small business.“

“My first visit here. This will not be my favorite subway. Hard to get into and get out of. Very little parking. Tiny parking lot. No drive thru that I could see.
The staff was friendly and helpful but there were no napkins in the dispenser. I was able to get a cup for water.
The footlong tuna was tasty, but seemed to have less tuna on it than the last time I bought one of these a couple of months ago at the Olathe location. I asked for extra lettuce in the App, but there seemed to be very little lettuce. The tomatoes were good.
The bread was soft and fresh. Probably some of the best bread I have had at a Subway.
The price for a footlong is now close to $12. Hard to believe the first footlong Subway sub I had as a kid was $2. 😂 For these prices they should be able to put a salad worth of lettuce on it. Lettuce is mostly water.
This location is close to work so they will probably get more of my business now that I have learned to navigate the parking lot, as long as the food stays decent. I'm so tired of McDo and Taco Bell in Desoto, tuna is a nice change of taste.“

“Jessia and Brooklin are amazing workers! They are so friendly and fast and do not roll their eyes when I custom order! Yes, that has happened before but not with these two ladies. The place is always clean and smells yummy! Kudos to Jessia and Brooklin!“

“This subway restored my faith in the restaurant. It’s clean, they make a great sub, and the service is amazing. I had a brief conversation with a guy named Nate who made my food and gave great customer service. Come to find out he runs the place and from what I can tell, runs it well. If I’m in the area for work, I’m going to this Subway for sure.“

“Paul (the manager, I think) was super cool & professional. I originally ordered online. Turns out the order didn’t go thru but the pre authorization did. Paul explained the situation, assured me he’d check at the end of the shift to double check that it was only a pre authorization on their end but guided me to reach out to my bank if need be. He then happily took my order. I really appreciated his caring approach to the situation. Great customer service & sandwich. I’ll be back!“
