“When I found out that Crumble Cookie has the Biscoff pie. I downloaded the app & ordered the pies, I signed up for curbside pick up when I arrived at the store I went inside & forgot I requested curbside pick up. I couldn't wait to get home & eat the pie. The biscoff is delicious, it was fresh, biscoff filling, whipped cream on top, with a biscoff cookie on top. I hate they don't have it this week. PLEASE MAKE THAT A PERMANENT MENU ITEM. I recommend this pie it won't disappoint.“

“Mr Wingz is doing a LOT right. Like... A LOT.
First of all, I have had NOTHING but kind service from the staff. Always greeted with a smile and asked about how the food tastes. They are a 100% customer-first restaurant.
Next, the food. Oh WOW the food. Their wings are truly excellent, but for me, the chicken tenders really steal the show. The tender sizes (and wing sizes) are ample, and they are clearly made and cooked fresh to order. They might be the best tenders I've ever had.
Finally, they don't skimp on the details. I ordered seven tenders and received FOUR sauces at no cost. A true Midwestern dream. You can order additional sauces for a buck or less each, but they know how important it is to their quality to give free sauces based on the order. I hope they never change that. They also packaged everything nicely and intentionally for transport. Seems small, but it matters.
If there was any one thing I wish was available, it would be the ability to choose sauces other than the Yo Sauce, Ranch or BBQ (I really love that Parm Garlic and Hot sauce). That said, the Yo Sauce is still amazing.

“The store and employees are top notch. We got the Resses Brownie this time and my husband and I were disappointed. We thought it was dry and didn't live up to expectations. But, we love Crumble Cookies 🍪 They have lots of other flavors we DO love!“

These two served everyone with a smile. They were friendly and got orders out as quickly as possible. I know they were probably feeling overwhelmed, but they did not show it. “Came for the ice cream and fell in love with the vibe. Such a fun place and great for photos. The staff was nice and offered us ice cream samples. I wasn't really in the mood for cookies, but I decided to get the bag of 6 plus a free one to take home. I wasn't expecting much, but we were blown away! I haven't had a cookie this good in a long time. It wasn't overly sweet and had a nice chewy texture. I can't believe I am just now discovering these. RUN there and get some!!“

“Walleye Quality Issues: breading: tastes fishy & rancid, fishbones.

My friend insisted we go to Culver's to get the walleye; which is seasonal. I love the mild flavor of Walleye; have caught & eaten it often.

She and her husband got the dinner. I got the sandwich. My first bite was awful; had a rancid/fishy taste. I split the fillet in two and took a bite of just the fish (no breading); the fish itself was good. As I was removing all of the breading from the fillet and bun, my friend said her fish tasted terrible. I suggested she remove the breading from all of the fillets; hers & her husband's.
As we were eating the naked fillets, we noticed her husband's plate had fishbones and started searching for and removing bones from his plate (hoping he hadn't ingested any) Neither her, nor my, fillets had bones in them.

We usually enjoy our Culver's visits but this time, it appears:
#1. Someone didn't clean the frying oil before reusing it.
#2. Someone didn't store the oil properly after it was used.
Recommend:
Staff: training on frying oil use and storage.
Supervisors: confirm proper follow-through.
Customers: vigilantly search for fishbones.“
