“There's always some pain points when changing ownership. A lot has stayed the same, a lot has changed. I tried the brand new carnitas burrito with green salsa for the first time today - muah! Very good. The old breakfast burrito was more of a lightly seasoned breakfast skillet in a tortilla and this one is more of a... Burrito's burrito. Both good, just different. I recognize that other things are changing and, as they test recipes, there will be some things I don't like. Even if it's temporary while they get to the final recipe. I didn't care for the burrito they offered between the original and the new one. But huzzah! We made it to a new food love. The coffee is still fantastic and the staff on-site still remember my name and order, so I'm happy at the end of the day.“

“Service is okay. I had high expectations with it being a Starbucks, but I’ve found I have to explain how to make my drink (what I find to be a simple request) every time I go. It’s a grande caramel mocha frapp with just caramel drizzle on top. Nothing special. But because there is a button for a caramel frapp and a button for a mocha frapp, it apparently is very difficult for some to figure out how to key it in. ??‍♀️ there is one barista, Mariah, that NAILS it every time. She’s the bees knees and the reason I will keep coming back.“
