“Sir, I am from Pakistan and work as a CCTV operator for a company that operates CCTV systems in America and other countries. I want to do something for myself now, and I have over 2 years of experience in CCTV work. I can work remotely for your restaurant, monitoring employees and managing POS systems. I am willing to work at a low cost and follow any SOPs you have. Please give me a chance to work with you.“

“My friend Ann and I stopped here for lunch while visiting Council Grove. What an experience this was! Ken was our chef, waiter and historian. We had a wonderful meal - I had the English meal and Ann had the Italian. While we ate, Ken told us stories about the home and the area. He knows his history. He is a retired attorney and judge. He and his wife Shirley run the place and do all the food preparation. The building and all the artifacts in it are simply astounding. If you like history, you will love this place. Just don't stop unless you have the time to devote to listening, learning and good food. The restoration of this place and the one next door is interesting too. We were sorry that we missed meeting Shirley. She has devoted many years to all the restoration projects. Thank you Ken and Shirley for one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had in Kansas!“
