The Honey Chipotle Chicken was good service was good but no one seem to get around to the lobby to restock spoon forks & napkins during the rush time. Overall not bad.
Employees are really nice and it's a vibe inside the restaurant.
This particular Chipotle establishment has consistently delivered a suboptimal experience. The staff's engagement appears to be lacking, a situation I can somewhat comprehend given that this location is likely the busiest in Kansas City.
