“Really good place to eat or just get something to drink. This location is really fast. We have gone several times in the past month and every time the servers are running around like rabbits. They don't make you wait at all, nobody there is lazy for sure. Love their food and ice cream. Great location.“
“Stopped by today while running errands in Riverside and saw they added a smash burger to the menu. Got the double smash with a side of tater tots and loved every bite of it. Juicy and gooey with all of the cheese, just the way it should be. I'm not usually an orderer of actual sandwhich items, but I'd definitely prefer this again in the future. They got my food made up very quickly, and the gal running the drive thru was lovely.“

“I went up to the store tonight because I wanted to get the new blackout drink with the solar eclipse glasses, and I specifically asked when placing my order if they still have the glasses in stock because I knew that it was the night before the eclipse and there was a fair chance that they would not have any more glasses and if they didn't have any glasses I was not going to buy the drink because the only reason that I went there was to get the glasses because it was late at night and I couldn't just go to a store and get them. so when they told me that they did have the glasses in stock I went ahead and ordered two of the blackout drinks and when I got my drinks I did not have a receipt or glasses so I asked for the glasses and was told they didn't have them. so I asked for a refund because I literally asked if they had them and they told me they did and that was the only reason I made the purchase, and the lady told me that they were not allowed to do any refunds ever per the general manager of the store. I asked for her name or for her manager's name and I asked for a copy of my receipt and I was completely ignored and no one answered any of my questions from there on so I left. I tried to call them and of course they did not answer the phone. I really just wanted the solar eclipse glasses if they had them and they really didn't need to lie to me to get me to buy something when they didn't have what I actually wanted. honestly I don't expect much from the store because I've had terrible service there many times but I wasn't expecting to be flat out lied to. and since I paid in cash and they didn't give me a receipt even when I specifically asked for one after the fact there's really nothing that I can do about it and I'm out $9 and I've got two shakes that I can eat because I'm diabetic and I have no glasses to watch the solar eclipse. it really sucks and I wish I hadn't wasted my time with a store that clearly doesn't know how to make customers happy.“
“We received some really good customer service today around 5:15pm.The manager even walked out and asked.Was everything all right. It seemed as if they were really working as a team because the car's next to us were delivered there. Food with 2 individuals as well. One.

“I come here quite often. Each time. This team gets my order right. Every time. I enjoy this location and I hope the other stores in the business can start looking to be like this store. And nothing seems to ever be thrown together. It’s handled with the knowledge that presentation is for the customer and the overall experience. It has many friendly people.
