“To the lady who thought I was recording her with my phone after she dropped my ice cream on the floor… I wasn’t recording you honey…I was recording your twerking Santa in the background :).“

“We had a pastor torta and quesadillas here and they were amazing!! Hands down best torta I have had in Wichita! Everything was fresh and so good! This is definitely a gem in Wichita! Highly recommend!“

“Wonderful atmosphere and service . Delicious old fashioned ice cream!!“

“The fastest and most consistent Braums in Wichita!

The service is great you order your food and before you've even finished filling your drink your order is ready. It is always exactly what you ordered.

The prices are great especially compared to other fast food places. The special for the double Jalapeno Burger is one of the best deals you can get in a chain restaurant.“

“This store does a pretty good job at keeping up with orders and gets them right the first time. Love their mini grocery store when I am in a pinch for milk, tv dinner or fresh fruit. However, there is often a long line between 12 to 4pm every other day or so. They are popular.“

“My 1st time to a Culver's 👍🙌 Great food and even better service. Steph was amazing taking care of all our needs!!! Thank you Steph, West Wichita America 🫶🙌“

“Cocoa Dolce is one of my favorite ways to treat myself and loved ones- they are always so helpful answering questions and helping me to decide what I want 😂“

“The Frozen Yogurt is Outstanding and the Customer Service is Excellent!!!“

“Freddy Simon was an American hero and a local Kansas treasure. It's remarkable how fast Freddy's franchises have spread across the country. That said, it's not my favorite, but it's more about my personal preferences rather the quality. Some folks love smash burgers, I prefer thicker burgers. Some love the thin shoestring fries, I find them more difficult to eat, especially when on the go. Despite this, I still stop by occasionally and I'm never disappointed by the quality of the meal. The custard is always delicious and some of the seasonal concretes are exceptional. That's good enough that I will continue to patronize this great locally founded place.“

“Kids wanted to try it out so we did. First time here, burgers and sides were good. Kids also had specially drinks which they said were good. Food and sides came out hot, which is a plus.

Overall, would return again. The only negative feedback: floors had a coating on them that made it feel like I could slip and fall any time. Not a great feeling as we were walking across to our table and to pick up our food.“

“This location is a great one! I'm disabled so I can't carry the big bags of ice they offer. So I always ask them to fill me a half bag of ice which I can handle especially when it's put in one of their bags with handles, and I just pay the full price. I'll pick up a few other things while I'm there, produce, cheese, etc.
I'll often get a frozen yogurt cone while I'm there. So very tasty & they are on sale right now too.“

“look usually when i go to braum’s (not this location- others) it’s sticky, and the people seem to not want to help you, and claim they never had products when they do. this one is always clean, the people are always super friendly and you can get in and out super quick. i def will have to come back to this one whenever we want an ice cream treat“

“food, service and people are amazing here“

“I love this location but the last 3x I have come here at night... I usually get a hot fudge malt. NO MILK! A malt should be thick. And every single time they put milk in it and with the heat of the fudge it turns to sweet chocolate milk. There is no ice cream. Gone. Please somebody teach them to listen to the customer! 8/20/26“

“Normally I include a picture but this time I absolutely forgot because I was transfixed on how good the malt was. For me it tasted like childhood memories, sitting and eating chocolate malt candies with my grandfather and brother, which is something I'll never forget. Being reminded of that was a blessing.

Staff was incredibly friendly, and were happy to break down how the menu worked and what they recommended, which was helpful since it was our first time there.

Would absolutely go again and I definitely need one of these in my home city and state.“

“The food is awesome, the fruit is amazing and the service is always top notch! The nicest people♥️“

“braums is truly the BEST restaurant in the world. the workers are BEYOND extraordinary!!! every burger, fry, and ice cream i eat brings joy to my heart and my stomach!! braums is a savior to me and i am so grateful that this restaurant is available to me! the workers are so cool and awesome and this store is the cleanest out of all of the braums!“

“Custard is delicious; employees are even better.“

“Cold Stone Creamery was recently visited by me, and I had a wonderful time. The environment is amusing and inviting, which makes it an ideal place for those individuals who want to have a sweet escape. I made a decision to eat their apple pie a la Cold Stone, and it tasted divine—everything from creamy ice cream mixed with pieces of apple pie to Graham cracker crust and caramel all in one. It was just like having homemade apple pie, but with a twist of ice cubes! A friend of mine had chocolate chipper, and it was truly made for chocolate lovers considering how many chocolate chips and fudge were included therein. Besides that, the staff members were friendly as well as offering good food recommendations; this helped improve my overall experience there. That vibrant yet cozy atmosphere makes it the perfect spot for hanging out with friends or relatives alike. Given these creative options that are also tasty too, Cold Stone Creamery has become my go-to dessert joint when I need something rich. I would highly recommend!“

“This place is definitely one of my guilty pleasure stops!! from the delicious ice cream treasures to the chocolates to the apples that take you away on their own little vacation in your mouth! You should definitely stop in and try a free sample of the delicious ice cream creams and grab yourself an apple have them cut it up for you so that way as you’re driving away, you can enjoy that delicious deliciousness in the car!“

“To Braum's Corporate and Regional Management,

I am writing to formally commend the operations at your Braum's location in Wichita. I interact with a significant number of franchise operations across this area daily, and the contrast in quality is stark.

Today, I was assisted by a young man working the front counter who delivered an absolutely flawless customer experience. His demeanor was naturally professional, highly efficient, and genuinely friendly. In an industry currently struggling with front-line talent, this level of service is rare and invaluable.
More importantly, this reflects directly on your management. The store manager who recognized this young man's potential and hired him clearly possesses a sharp eye for talent.

Given the high standard of service at this location, whoever is running the hiring and training for this store should be overseeing those operations for the entire region. They know exactly what they are doing.

Please ensure this commendation reaches the store manager and the young man who assisted me today. They are a massive asset to your brand.“

“Not sure if im spelling her name correctly, but tristan that works Sunday morning is incredible! Very sweet and serves with a smile every time!! She learned my name and calls me by name. And she is very quick. Very friendly as well! She needs a raise!!!“

“The location N of Kellogg on Broadway specifically, could have a TON of things said about thing the crew has no control over just because of the area itself, but I'd like to shout out the people specifically during happy hour time, that have been working in at least the month of July and August 2026. They are ALWAYS working so hard, we all know food service can be horrendous to its workers, but they have never been anything other than kind and professional and sweet even looking exhausted. Under paid, and over worked. I go almost everyday with something different to order, and they did forget my ranch JUST ONCE lol but I always get a cranberry limeade with strawberry in all different sizes, it's always perfect. I just wanted them recognized for being a great crew that clearly works efficiently together even in a spicy side of town with hurdles they push through with a smile. Thanks y'all. See ya tomorrow.“

“This place is AWESOME! Great burgers at a great price! They'll make em with whatever fixins you want on em! Plus, the carhops are always friendly, speedy, and efficient. There's always plenty of stalls to park at, or if you wanna go through the drive thru, that works too. Orders come out pretty quick, even when it gets rockin and rollin at the busy times.“

“This girl who works there I’m not sure of her name. She has colored hair I believe blue. Shes AMAZING! She definitely needs a raise. Great customer service. They made a mistake and didn’t add one of our ordered but she kept a positive attitude the whole time and ofc we did end up go and picking up what we had ordered. She was the sweetest!“
