“We ordered 100 donuts for my daughter's birthday brunch and it was such a hit with everyone at the party! I personally like to have a little bit of everything and these were perfect for that. We enjoyed all the flavors and our guests really liked the maple bacon, cinnamon roll, and puppy chow. We will definitely be back for more. Great service too!“
“This is such a cute little restaurant that seems to have not kept up with the times....That is a good thing! The soda fountain looked original as well as the hutch that was next to it. If you are looking for a throwback diner that remindes you of a first date back in the day, then this is a must place to visit. I had the hot pastrami on marbled rye and my wife had the open faced seafood salad. Both were really delicious.“
“One of the best places to get ice cream in town! They have a huge selection of homemade ice cream. I absolutely love the homemade vanilla. They also have sundaes and banana splits. Don’t forget to grab some food while you’re there too. Service is exceptional. Outdoor seating in the summer is probably my favorite thing about this place. There’s plenty of parking on the premises.“

“My family & I enjoyed lunch at Freddy’s recently and it was a great experience! Fast and friendly service. High chairs were available. The atmosphere didn’t feel super rushed. “We went for just the frozen yogurt. I had the peanut butter frozen yogurt and it was delicious! The only thing I was disappointed in is the fact that they didn't have a smaller cup for kids. I know that it's priced by weight, but it's always easier to reel the children in if their cup is smaller. I want to try their food next time.“

It would be helpful to look @ their menu in advance to find the drink offerings they have. “My past two visits have been wonderful! The older woman working as the cashier in the grocery area was super sweet and offered me a bag for my leftovers! Make sure someone is constantly in the lobby cleaning!! The soda station had a lot of build up and tables had crumbs. Otherwise the food was great and there was a short wait for my order to be taken and the food to be served!“
“Food and blizzards were made quickly but finding a clean table was an issue even though we were the only people there. The drink area especially could use a deep clean (see photo) My niece got the chicken strips and the size of strips were tiny, more like chicken nuggets. My mom loves the limited edition frosted animal cookie blizzard and that's the only reason we visited.“
“Everyone's was really great, except mine. I got strawberries and they were completely frozen so they didn't have much flavor or add anything to the mix. I was very disappointed and would not get strawberries as an add in again if they are normally sold frozen.However the husband got one of the new peanut butter cookie ones and it was really good. Had peanut butter cookie dough cream, Reeses cups, fudge, and cookie dough pieces. I stole a couple bites!!! ??“
“Fantastic! Visited the evening of 3-2-2024. It was very busy, but the crew working that night did an outstanding job. I had the peanut butter cup blizzard. The wife got a chocolate malt. Both items were excellent. Only waited 5 minutes for our food! Fast, friendly, and I highly recommend the store at 3820 N Maize Road in Maize, KS.
