“They are so friendly and welcoming. They often come outside to take your order, even sometimes when it's drizzling. That keeps the line moving even when there are several cars ahead. I always order decaf and so I typically have to wait at the window longer for my drink even while they are walking orders out the door for cars behind me. But the staff are engaged and it's a treat to watch them enjoy themselves while they work. I've chatted with several staff and even the manager while waiting and I will try to time my drive to go by this location specifically.“

“The folks at Scooter's are always top-notch when it comes to the customers. They greet you with a smile and always have interesting conversations. Yes, they are also faster than Starbucks, and their drinks are made with low-fat ice cream, and yes, they make drinks with no sugar. My favorite is their Pumpkin Spice Blenders.

“I work in the area and go here every morning to get a shake to help get my day started. The baristas always have a smile on their face and are so caring and it’s a wonderful start to my morning! The manager Sam is so full of life and helps brighten the atmosphere with her smile and she always makes the order right!I would give this location more stars if I could!“

“Routinely pop into this location and often times staff is a bit grumpy but a shout out to Taylor (sp?)! She is always in a great mood and has something encouraging to say. \nIt can get a bit congested as this location as the parking lot is shared with other businesses but most of the time they move you through fairly quickly.“
