“I don’t want to say I don’t recommend, because I do love the food, but ever since the renovation we’ve never had a correct order. The mess ups have ranged from no sides being added to the kids meals, zero sauces added that were requested, missing fries and today missing sauces, wasn’t given one of the kids ice creams, and the wrong side being added to the kods meals. I try to spot check the best I can when we get our order, but it’s just impossible. I think the renovation only provides more bodies in the drive though area this causing a lot of confusion.“

“We love their potatoes Ole so much! Would have rated it five star but I think they changed their pockets of taco sauce and it's not nearly as tasty. Instead of having a Mexican food taste it was more a thin tomato. I am not a fan of the new mild taco sauce“

“Placed an order through the TacoBell App picked up order through the drive-thru don't know the cashiers name. The cashier was very friendly, ensured that my order was correct, thanked us for our business. I was very impressed with his attitude & customer service. The person that made pur food deserves recognition as well the food was hot & fresh. I had placed a big order the cashier provided plenty of fire & hot sauce packets as requested with the order. Everything was fantastic I would recommend this TacoBell & I will definitely be visiting this Taco Bell I consider this one to be the best Taco Bell in Olathe. “Got off work around 10p decided to grab a late dinner. As having mostly bad experiences grabbing food to go this time of night. I was greeting with exceptional service in the drive thru by 2 young men that not only took their time and got my order right, my food was hot and fresh. I'll definitely grab a quick to go there again if I'm wanting a quick bite again and I'm out that way. Way to go guys I really appreciate receiving exactly what I paid for hot and fresh and accurate with friendly service before closing time.“

“This is the 2nd time I order food from here so I can pick up as it's really close to me. The place is clean, customer service it's great during the lunch hours. everyone there are kind. The food is fresh and they gave it o me when I arrived they did not had it on the window waiting to be picked up, seemed like the guy in the front a lady on the back were communicating perfectly. Now I would love to come in during dinner time see how it is, but so far i have like my experience here.“

“The Olathe location by Maj R Thrift was great! Food was great, the facility was pretty clean for fast food, and the people were fantastic. My mom forgot her purse and we called to tell them we were heading back but it was over a 20-minute drive and they found it and put it in a safe location and we're really kind of about it.“

“Good location, bratty customers. Seems like folks expect everything to be the same price and speed as 10 years ago. It's a taco bell. Sure it could be a bit faster, but it's always clean and people are friendly. If you're looking to get taco bell, this is just as good or better than other locations.“

“While several other locations are hiring only one ethnicity and barely speak English this location is very diverse and I’ve had no issue with all of the employees ability to speak and understand English. The customer service is great, and the food is usually fresh. By far the best location in this town..“

(Some of the drive-in menu boards need fixing/replacing. Ours was loose and wobbly.)“

“We visited here on Sunday evening for a late dinner and used the app to order ahead. Our meal was pretty much ready when we got there and the gentleman that helped us did a good job. The food order itself was 100% accurate and they did not forget a single item. I feel this is extremely noteworthy as most Taco Bell's forget an item or 2 when the order is for a few or more people. He did actually forget one of our drinks but he was apologetic and quickly got us the drink. The food was delicious and was still warm when we got it home. This was definitely one of our better Taco Bell experiences as of late and this location did a great job for us. Thanks again!“

“This might have been my best Taco Bell experience. Normally I just get Taco Bell via the drive thru or Door Dash, but today I was running around and I thought I'd eat there. The staff was friendly, the restaurant & bathroom was clean, but most importantly, the food was hitting.
The Mexican Pizza I ordered was amazing. The Bean Burrito was perfect. The two Taco Supremes were crunchy and intact.

“Most times when I visit this place, it's mediocre like any fast food joint, but this time , the fries were fresh, they were salted evenly, the burger was fresh, the cheese was actually yellow not that burnt orange color, and the nuggets were perfectly golden brown, I don't expect this everytime out of fast food , but the shift working today did a good job and I'm glad since they had to wait on the fries, they went ahead and made the whole order fresh, that's efficient thinking, and that's what customers notice. I felt like I got what I paid for this time“

“This is my closest Wendy's so I come here very often for my spicy nugz. I've never had a significant issue with the food quality or accuracy. My only issue with this location is that service speed is very slow. More often than not they ask me to pull forward ahead of the drive thru window while they get my order ready. Even if I order on mobile ahead of time it doesn't seem like the system allows them to start prepping ahead of me arriving. That said I'll continue coming here for my Nugz.“
