I mentioned it at the window and even offered to come inside to wait, but the team insisted they’d bring the corrected drink out to me. Within just a few minutes, one of the baristas came out with my hot drink, all smiles, super professional, and even apologized for the wait. To my surprise, she also gave me a gift card for the mix-up—which honestly wasn’t even a big deal to me at all, but their gesture meant the world.
