What great customer service! I had an issue with an order. Not only did the manager send me a free meal via my app, Kaitlyn called and left a message making sure the reward was, in fact on my app. Thank you for your prompt response!
We came here to grab a quick dinner on our way somewhere else. We waited in the dining room for carry-out 16 minutes for 2 fries, a sandwich and nuggets...no special requests. This is not a made-to-order restaurant. It should have been put it in the bag and go. We didn't order any unusual items. Meanwhile, the drive-thru was not backed up and getting all of their orders lickety-split (my husband was sitting in the car watching).
