“5/20/2025 Parisi is very clean and modern, with a service counter that wraps around the baristas while they work. Everyone seems happy to be there and they were very friendly. I appreciate that they have ceramic “for here” mugs to use on-site, rather than only having disposables

“I misread the menu item “seasonal SIGNATURE LATTE” and asked for a turtle latte. In my defense, “-TURE LATTE” looked like turtle and I was tired. They still made a turtle latte, but the signature part was a nice touch. This beautiful foamy artwork was hidden under the coffee lid. Definitely coming back. 😂 Good coffee too.“

“This morning (10/10/21) around 8:45am there was a single employee working. She was taking all the orders and making them all herself. There was a line in the drive through in addition to the people inside. She was handling it like a champ and was still so friendly. We obviously gave her a tip because she deserved it, I just wish we could do more because she was an absolute legend. I hope management sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves. I just can't talk her up enough for handling what I would call an unbearably stressful situation.“

Shout out to Allen and his colleague for making sure we knew about the specials, knowledgeably answering our questions, double-checking if we wanted a dairy alternative for just one or both of our coffees, making our drinks with care, and some short but fun conversation about the daily trivia question. It really was an uplifting way to start the grocery errand and a treat to sip while shopping the aisles.“

I love this place. Everyone at this bakery works their hearts out bringing customers the most beautiful cakes and breads ever!

I even buy them as hostess gifts when I'm invited for holiday meals. I have been blessed to have enjoyed their friendships and laughter the whole year. It does seem like I am invited a lot.“

“Had the best interaction with the employees! I love their peach wave sparkling soda. Found out you can add cold foam to it with any flavor that is in the drink. I had the barista flabbergasted me with the coconut cold foam and absolutely loved it!“

“I've only been through the drive-thru, but have been there several times and everyone is friendly, helpful. The orders have always been correct and the flavors seem noticeably better than Starbucks. Very patient with helping me set up my Scooters app for coupons etc.“

“We were in the KC area for a softball tournament and I needed a good place for coffee. This is an interesting coffee house as it is attached to a gas station. The coffee was really good, the staff was friendly and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. There is adequate seating and my only complaint is that they were out of the sandwhich I was wanting to order.“

My only complaint is the EXCESSIVELY LOUD AND DISRUPTIVE MUSIC.“

“My wife and I have been big Scooter's fans for years. That said this location has spotty quality. We have been using this location multiple times a week since it opened. Yesterday my wife received a burrito that had not been warmed up. Today my wife and I both received Mochas that had no chocolate syrup in them. I will be driving a bit out of my way to visit other locations over this one.“
