“I really like the occasional Sonic onion rings and a burger. This time the food did not disappoint. It seems that they were very shorthanded and a lot of people showed up after I parked. The slow service for me was excusable I just rearranged my travels to accommodate the delay. The people who were working were doing double duty at the least.“

i posted a review years ago about the experience that huge custard was "soup" cause it melted way too fast and that the ordering process was too convoluted but i also didn't mention the things they did well as a review should see a business from any perspective as well because they are not in business to solely appease me; over the years, my family has enjoyed their products and most importantly my dog Boba who probably was most of the reason of why i came by so much (apart from other family members)

i did not know at the time for what andy's was supposed to symbolize; it's not about the flashy lights and whether or not you should only treat yourself a small instead of a jumbo, but it's about connection; the opportunity to connect and for me i knew my Boba would be first in line if there was a remote chance to go for some custard. it only took me losing him to hemangiosacoma to acknowledge that he would never be satisfied until he got some custard and i loved how he showed his personality while he slurpped his way through and the staff never questioned about me getting samples for the 80th time this month

i will never get the opportunity to get that time with my baby boy ever again but i'm thankful that Andy's was able to allow him to experience it and for us to share it together“

I asked if several non-sandwich items contained onions (due to an allergy). All I got was I don't knows. They admitted never having tried or being told about any of the items I asked about.“

But the lady I think the manager took the time to explain the difference in the 5 burritos in a polite and friendly manner. “After I left Southern California, I quickly started to learn how spoiled I was, and how much worse all food everywhere in the USA is in comparison. However, Braum's is worthy of praise and could stand on their own even in the greater Los Angeles area if they opened a location there.

Are they the best burgers? No, they're good though. Then what gives? Why did I give them a 5 star? Okay, so I was moving from Washington, Pennsylvania to Sioux City, Iowa (look it up on Google maps, it's important) and I made SURE we took a detour down here to Wichita, Kansas just to get their MILKSHAKES!

How do you feel about Girl Scouts Thin Mints cookies? Do you keep them in the freezer like I do, so they're extra minty and crispy when you eat them? Well, Braum's Mint Shake tastes like a milkshake version of exactly that. Why else do you think we drove hundreds of miles and multiple days out of the way just to get a milkshake? Yes, they ARE that good here!

What's not to like? The place is like Baskin Robins (31 flavors of ice cream) and a burger joint at the same time, who makes shakes out of whatever ice cream you point at. Maybe when I move again or get to go on vacation I'll come back down...“

“Paola is incomparable to say the least. ? She goes above and beyond, makes my order perfect every single time. Shared how to perfect my order with other staff members and myself so I know exactly what to say when I order to ensure it's made to my liking. I would always prefer/choose her to make it everytime if possible.. mmmm????? If there ever is a time I am dissatisfied and she is there, she listens, makes sure I'm taken care of, and often does it herself. I order often, very often, weekly?. She now even addresses me by my first name, which is very personable and gave me an unexpected, giant, true smile! Genuinely made my day... which is often trying. I sure love that girl with her exceptional ethics, understanding, quality of product and top-notch customer service!

“The food was good. The workers were efficient. My order was accurate. The only detractor was the large amount of flies in every window sill. My wife sat down while the rest of us were ordering and she had to move to the interior of the room because of the flies. As I was sitting, another customer with a young boy sat in the window and moved immediately. I looked around the room and all window seating was vacant but a dozen interior booths had people. I can only assume everyone had the issue with flies. I saw a UV bug trap by the corner, but it was near the ceiling about six feet from the closest fly. The flies stayed at the windows so we did not have a problem once we changed to an interior booth.“

“Yogurt was good and I know it was mother's day but the restaurant was dirty and out of stick on several toppings there was 3 employees just sitting there we had to ask for specific toppings to be filled and then you had go next door to doc greens to pay. My family is not in a big hurry to come back we probably will at some point but it's not top of the list.“

“Staff is always courteous and greets you when you walk in the door. Even when they're busy as I get out at least one member of the team always notices when you walk in the door and says (Welcome to Braum's ) and you can't get much better than braum's ice cream. Unless you go homemade or Ben n Jerry's n even then the flavor options are better at Braum's!“

“Everyone's was really great, except mine. I got strawberries and they were completely frozen so they didn't have much flavor or add anything to the mix. I was very disappointed and would not get strawberries as an add in again if they are normally sold frozen.However the husband got one of the new peanut butter cookie ones and it was really good. “My kids love Freezing Moo so we decided to treat them the other night. My youngest has a dairy allergy so we got one with their alternative - I believe it was coconut milk. It was so delicious! We loved it.“

“Stopped by in September 2024 for a couple containers of ice cream then I had an issue with my ride and was stranded for over an hour. The staff kept my ice cream frozen and offered me a beverage and were just all around awesome. So kind and so accommodating. I am so grateful! Kudos to all!

“Stopped in tonight to pick up our usual items, a number 1 meal add ketchup, and a number 3 meal with no onions. Drove home only to find our burgers had no toppings.

Obviously it was a simple mistake, it was a busy night and things happen it's ok.

We took our food and receipt back to the restaurant and the staff got our food prepared the way we wanted.

“Braum's food items are must for our sweet treat, So many variations of ice-cream, some flavors have won hearts.
I personally love the chocolate flavor, they have different varieties of ice-creams in chocolate flavor. I always check the ingredients, whether they are halal or not,before buying them.Luckily, most of their items have halal ingredients.
Their Cappuccino Chunky Chocolate,
top of my favorites list.
Although I didn't like some flavors, most of the ice-creams bought so far were very tasty.

I enjoy their Cod but have trouble deciding what I want to order because there is so much to choose from. Culver’s is new to Wichita and is a very popular place to eat. Last weekend was so crowded and no available tables so we decided to come back another time.
