“I really like the occasional Sonic onion rings and a burger. This time the food did not disappoint. It seems that they were very shorthanded and a lot of people showed up after I parked. The slow service for me was excusable I just rearranged my travels to accommodate the delay. The people who were working were doing double duty at the least.“

“I was immediately greeted at the window by employee who was wearing latex gloves, behind her all Employees were busy all wearing latex gloves. All Employees appeared to be happy and enjoying what they were doing. After she took the money and handed my change she peeled off latex gloves and put on a new pair and proceeded back to tasking. They were quick and fast and the custard was excellent. Highly recommend this place. They were super busy. Seeing you are served outside it would be nice if they had a bathroom you could use to wash your hands after consumption of. Nice to see people who care about food safety in handling customers food. “We stopped this evening less than 30 minutes before closing. Four grandchildren were with us. The staff was professional, provided us outstanding service and a great product and simply made us feel really good about stopping at this classic old Dairy Queen. Highly recommended!!“

“Best ice cream in town! Love that they change flavors so I often get to try something new. They normally have at least one "normal" flavor (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry) and often a unique flavor - matcha, cheesecake, horchata. Lots of great topping options as well.“

“I enjoy eating here, and I have a couple of favorite people that work here, who I visit, and occasionally take to, or from work! So, I'm eating here a lot! Their food is always hot, and fresh, and they are very quick in getting orders, and special orders done, and served in good time! And, the interactions of the employees, is very lighthearted, and fun-filled, it's rare to not see everyone smiling, and In a good mood! “The food was good. The workers were efficient. My order was accurate. The only detractor was the large amount of flies in every window sill. My wife sat down while the rest of us were ordering and she had to move to the interior of the room because of the flies. As I was sitting, another customer with a young boy sat in the window and moved immediately. I looked around the room and all window seating was vacant but a dozen interior booths had people. I can only assume everyone had the issue with flies. I saw a UV bug trap by the corner, but it was near the ceiling about six feet from the closest fly. The flies stayed at the windows so we did not have a problem once we changed to an interior booth.“

“Just wanted to share that I usually eat breakfast at other places but wanted to try something different so went to Braums and had the breakfast burrito it was pretty good. But the lady I think the manager took the time to explain the difference in the 5 burritos in a polite and friendly manner. Just a bright spot in a day that usually consist of attitude and poor customer service. Kudos to the staff at this Brahms.“

“Paola is incomparable to say the least. ? She goes above and beyond, makes my order perfect every single time. Shared how to perfect my order with other staff members and myself so I know exactly what to say when I order to ensure it's made to my liking. I would always prefer/choose her to make it everytime if possible.. mmmm????? If there ever is a time I am dissatisfied and she is there, she listens, makes sure I'm taken care of, and often does it herself. I order often, very often, weekly?. She now even addresses me by my first name, which is very personable and gave me an unexpected, giant, true smile! Genuinely made my day... which is often trying. I sure love that girl with her exceptional ethics, understanding, quality of product and top-notch customer service!

Ps. The 4 ⭐ is only because they are often very busy. Good business but I also imagine it could also be stressful and may initiate a few extra minutes waiting for us. Although, great effort is always given to provide correct, quick service considering.“

“Staff is always courteous and greets you when you walk in the door. Even when they're busy as I get out at least one member of the team always notices when you walk in the door and says (Welcome to Braum's ) and you can't get much better than braum's ice cream. Unless you go homemade or Ben n Jerry's n even then the flavor options are better at Braum's!“

“Yogurt was good and I know it was mother's day but the restaurant was dirty and out of stick on several toppings there was 3 employees just sitting there we had to ask for specific toppings to be filled and then you had go next door to doc greens to pay. My family is not in a big hurry to come back we probably will at some point but it's not top of the list.“

“No question this is the most inexpensive place to get great ice cream in the whole city. We went with four people the other day, who got whatever they wanted and the final price was less than $10. I kid you not. I laughed to myself as I got up my credit card to pay thinking maybe I could get one thing for that price at an upscale ice cream store. Of course, the atmosphere is totally a fast food establishment, but come on, THE PRICE!!“

“Braum's food items are must for our sweet treat, So many variations of ice-cream, some flavors have won hearts.
I personally love the chocolate flavor, they have different varieties of ice-creams in chocolate flavor. I always check the ingredients, whether they are halal or not,before buying them.Luckily, most of their items have halal ingredients.
Their Cappuccino Chunky Chocolate,
top of my favorites list.
Although I didn't like some flavors, most of the ice-creams bought so far were very tasty.
Their cookies, brownies are also quite delicious.“

“We constantly adore the ice cream. However, we have had some unease with the services provided there. However, today's worker was incredibly kind and efficient despite working alone. I hope she has a coworker who can help her.I appreciate her .“

“Freddy’s is always a great stop for a quick meal. We were on a long road trip so came in for a burger.
The line to order was short. Mostly just employees buying food. We ate outside. The outside seating is about 4 tables.
There seemed to be a problem with the iced tea so a couple of employees were cleaning up that mess.
The hamburger was a little cold. I asked for extra onion and got none but they gave me some when I went in to ask.
The cheese curds are really good and always a favorite. I was going to order onion rings but I saw someone else had them and they looked very over cooked so I went with fries.
The fries here are the best when they are hot and fresh. It is definitely worth your time to try them.
The location is in a good place. Nearby shopping and easy to get to main roads.“

“Everyone's was really great, except mine. I got strawberries and they were completely frozen so they didn't have much flavor or add anything to the mix. I was very disappointed and would not get strawberries as an add in again if they are normally sold frozen.However the husband got one of the new peanut butter cookie ones and it was really good. Had peanut butter cookie dough cream, Reeses cups, fudge, and cookie dough pieces. I stole a couple bites!!! ??“

“There was some struggling with the staff and getting the correct order within the last year or so. HOWEVER I have notice a huge improvement in the last 6 months. The newer staff were very polite as well as the previous that are still around. I forgot the evening shift managers name but she is awesome 👌 👏.“

“Freddy Simon was an American hero and a local Kansas treasure. It's remarkable how fast Freddy's franchises have spread across the country. That said, it's not my favorite, but it's more about my personal preferences rather the quality. Some folks love smash burgers, I prefer thicker burgers. Some love the thin shoestring fries, I find them more difficult to eat, especially when on the go. Despite this, I still stop by occasionally and I'm never disappointed by the quality of the meal. The custard is always delicious and some of the seasonal concretes are exceptional. That's good enough that I will continue to patronize this great locally founded place.“

“I live the Chili cheese coney. BUT I don't recommend getting the big 1. Because last few times I got it there was literally like no way to pick it up and eat it. U kinda gotta use like a fork or smth. It's also soggy. I know that because I got it then went home and opened it up to a soggy bread soaked chili dog. But love it nonetheless.“
