“I had an issue with the Orange chicken I had ordered and instead of going back and complaining I just let it go. The quality, portions, freshness, speed of food of Jasmine Pavillon is normally A+++ plus. It’s one of my families favorites when we are craving delicious Chinese food here in Johnson County. Well the kids did not like the orange chicken this time, everything else was fantastic! However I was not trying to go back to the restaurant and complain and be that person. Later in the evening I received a request in my email box asking “How did we do?”basically a survey about my experience and I gave an honest review. The next day I get a message from the company and wow I can’t tell you how blown away I was by the customer service! Whoever was messaging me apologize completely took into account what my issues were. Let me know that this was not something that they want to happen again they made me feel like they really care that I’m a customer I know this is just a restaurant to everyone else. However they really made me feel like the money and my opinion mattered. Not once did they blame give excuses or make me feel like it was probably just my issue. They really wanted me to know that their complete goal is customer satisfaction and that I know the quality of their food is important to them. I cannot believe how personable this experience was. I’ve been going here for a couple years and I can 100% say I will be there #1 fan for going back! I normally don’t take the time to write good reviews unless it really is worth it and I feel like this had to be had to be said. Any company that takes the time to actually review and respond to the customers is very rare these days. I think what it was amazing was the survey was private it wasn’t going to be on social media or anything so there really was no need for the company to reach out to me and only to just take the feedback given. Places like this are very rare and they should be acknowledged. I truly appreciate not feeling like a number like everywhere else. Jasmine Pavilion showed me the quality of their food and their customers are truly very important to them. Any business especially one that serves food, that takes the time to resolve, correct or even acknowledge customers experience even if it was initially negative and turn it around to make my experience happy is so valuable . But what was best about our experience getting food here was that when my mother left her wallet sitting somewhere in the restaurant while waiting for our food, she got distracted and forgot it! She didn’t even realize until way late at night after close. Thankfully, whoever was working that evening noticed the wallet and put it away for safekeeping and my mother was able to get it back the following morning. Loved going here on a date, and my dad's recommendation from coming here years ago. The food was good. Got General Tso's chicken and vegetable lo mein.

The food was good, but it was the kind of good you find at a Chinese buffet, which is to say that it seemed to have substituted a lot of nuanced and diverse flavors of traditional Chinese food for the kinda of cooking that just makes everything really tasty, but the same.

The crab rangoons were very good!

All in all, give it a shot. Definitely worth it.

Not being a sit-down restaurant I can't really rate on much more than food quality but I've never had a bad interaction with the staff whether I called in my order or put it in online. Atmosphere, again, not really as rateable but it's absolutely a clean place. Highly highly recommend it if you want Chinese takeout and leftovers. It comes in a microwave safe container for reheating too which is always always welcomed!“

The service is very fast, the prices are accurate to the website and take out menu, the food is very hot and delicious and the servings are generous. Pricing is a bit lower than other Chinese takeout places, too.The steamed dumplings are great, General Tsos is not too sweet or overly sauced, the garlic sauce is perfection, and the Singapore chow Mei fun was soo good. I definitely recommend.I didn't care for the chicken fried rice (bland and plain) or the crab rangoon ( had a very sour taste, like spoiled milk and no sweetness).“

My only thing was it was the tenderloin style pork, and I prefer the regular sliced/strip meat. The portion size was very good, enough for at least 2 or 3 meals. “We drove in to KC for another restaurant that was closed unexpectedly. We came to this restaurant based off of the Find Me Gluten Free reviews. We both had the gluten free General Tso’s Chicken and rice noodles. My wife added a soup that was not gluten free and the waitress was quick to identify it, which I was thankful for even if my wife doesn’t have to eat gluten free like I do. To me, that says they are knowledge snd looking out for my safety. The food was delicious and fresh. We will be back and encourage others to give them a try.“
