“This is my go-to place for Chinese. The food here is always fresh, hot and delicious. You can't beat the lunch specials.
Everything is good, my favorite is the shrimp with garlic sauce. The shrimp is big, they give you plenty of veggies and the garlic sauce is so good. The hot and sour soup is amazing and the crab rangoon has a lot of filling. The owners are super nice every time you visit.“

“Went there for dinner and was our first time there. The food is very delicious. We ordered 5 different dishes from the Cantonese menu(which is the more traditional Chinese menu).and gosh the portion sizes were huge and every dish was great. They all had their own distinct taste. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good sit down and order or even take out Chinese food.“

Fast forward to today (1/1/2026): I ordered my usual, Shrimp fried rice. I got home, and counted EIGHT DAMN SHRIMP in my order!! But enough rice to feed a small family. And to top it off, the shrimp were not cooked enough and I had to cook them some more. If this is not resolved by giving me a free meal, or at least at a discount off another meal I’ll never eat there again.

*in response to your response: me and my mother have eaten at your restaurant numerous times and there have been way more than 8 shrimp in previous orders. Maybe all the chefs should stick to the same amounts of shrimp & time they cook them so no one has to complain when they notice the difference. No worries, I just will not return as a customer.“

“This was only the second time I have been here, and the only complaint I have was our server this time, he was not remotely friendly, unprofessional in how he handled items on our table. He reached across us with out request or apologies. I watched he talked to another table through a yawn and reach to our table while working another with customers. My wife left a note. Both of our mothers were waitresses, and my grandparents owned restaurants.. and even at a simple diner this would not have been acceptable..

The relatively high markes is because after 2 visits, this was the only issue.“

“The food was excellent. We ordered 2 orders of crab lagoon, sweet and sour chicken and the triple delight (chicken, beef and shrimp) all with steamed rice. With the assistance of an air fryer the leftovers were as good as the day we picked it up. I was hoping they had direct delivery so my elderly folks could order it more often. They dont like subscribing to delivery services like Doordash, Uber eats, etc... and they dont have a car due to their age. My dad hasn't been eating well lately so it was a pleasure to see him gobble this delicious food up to include the leftovers. ITS A WINNER.“

“I had an issue with the Orange chicken I had ordered and instead of going back and complaining I just let it go. The quality, portions, freshness, speed of food of Jasmine Pavillon is normally A+++ plus. It’s one of my families favorites when we are craving delicious Chinese food here in Johnson County. Well the kids did not like the orange chicken this time, everything else was fantastic! However I was not trying to go back to the restaurant and complain and be that person. Later in the evening I received a request in my email box asking “How did we do?”basically a survey about my experience and I gave an honest review. The next day I get a message from the company and wow I can’t tell you how blown away I was by the customer service! Whoever was messaging me apologize completely took into account what my issues were. Let me know that this was not something that they want to happen again they made me feel like they really care that I’m a customer I know this is just a restaurant to everyone else. However they really made me feel like the money and my opinion mattered. Not once did they blame give excuses or make me feel like it was probably just my issue. They really wanted me to know that their complete goal is customer satisfaction and that I know the quality of their food is important to them. I cannot believe how personable this experience was. I’ve been going here for a couple years and I can 100% say I will be there #1 fan for going back! I normally don’t take the time to write good reviews unless it really is worth it and I feel like this had to be had to be said. Any company that takes the time to actually review and respond to the customers is very rare these days. I think what it was amazing was the survey was private it wasn’t going to be on social media or anything so there really was no need for the company to reach out to me and only to just take the feedback given. Places like this are very rare and they should be acknowledged. I truly appreciate not feeling like a number like everywhere else. Jasmine Pavilion showed me the quality of their food and their customers are truly very important to them. Any business especially one that serves food, that takes the time to resolve, correct or even acknowledge customers experience even if it was initially negative and turn it around to make my experience happy is so valuable . “Food was pretty decent! Good flavor. But what was best about our experience getting food here was that when my mother left her wallet sitting somewhere in the restaurant while waiting for our food, she got distracted and forgot it! She didn’t even realize until way late at night after close. Thankfully, whoever was working that evening noticed the wallet and put it away for safekeeping and my mother was able to get it back the following morning. She was extremely grateful and we admire the honesty and integrity of the employee and business! So glad they noticed the wallet and are clearly paying attention to their restaurant.“

“Andrew and his team in the Market Grill are amazing! We came in on Saturday to feed our football team in between games and they did not disappoint! Food was fresh and tasted great. They let us spread out in the top seating area so our kids and families could sit and eat comfortably while we warmed up from the freezing rain and cold. Highly recommend them and will plan on stopping again the next time we play football nearby!“
