“Updated Review: The morning manager spoke with us and verified that they do the free kids meal discount between 4-10pm every day of the week and wasn’t sure why it was incorrectly handled the night before. Situation has been rectified for us and I’ve updated my review to reflect the experience before the issue with the night manager.
Food was good, despite them being out of crepes and never receiving one of our sides. The server was friendly with the kids, and although there were quite a few dirty tables at first, the server had the dining room all cleaned up shortly into our meal.
Original Review: ONLY Reason we went was because we called 30 minutes before arrival, asked if they did the free kids meals, and was told as long as we got there before 10PM the kids meals would be free. Got there at 9, and was paying the check before 10. Manager argued with us about it when we noticed it was still on our check. We showed her we called her store, and were told they don’t do that.
Food was good, despite them being out of crepes and never receiving one of our sides, but no plans of ever returning after the way the manager handled the situation.“

“We love coming to Applebee's with our grandkids every Wednesday night. Tasha is the best! She's friendly and does an outstanding job taking care of us. My grandson says she is really really good at her job and really really sweet!“

“Oh, it was my first time being here and let me tell you, Tanya Williams you did a wonderful job. You were patient with me while I looked over your menu. You listen to me and got it precisely right thank you for the cookies and cream extra cookies and chocolate drizzle sundae. “I use to love the place at Douglas and Hydraulic but due to current situation and Sunday's service we will no longer be back. I'm sorry I loved the friendly environment and service we got but things change so it is time to move on. I recommend this place to everyone just don't make a complaint about service in person because things change after that. I found out being honest doesn't always pay off. thank you again.“

“Visiting from Florida and every time I make it out west I make sure to visit Spangles regularly during my stay. I've never been disappointed with anything I order. Can't say how much I love the garlic parm fries!! Had talked them up to my husband so much when I 1st tried them in April 2025 and this visit he said I had been right. They are delicious. Wish I could get that seasoning to have at home in Florida.“

“We went on a Sunday around 1130ish. Service was good and the food and drinks were surprisingly awesome! It was a little dirty from the night before bc they apparently didnt clean the bar at the end of the prior shift the night before. “Usually I like Dairy Queen, however, today I do not. Around noon (no customers in the store), I ordered (to go) 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers, 2 fries, 2 ice cream cupcakes. It was not until I got home that I realized I was 1 Bacon Cheeseburger short. I am not happy! Not sure I will go back to this location even though it is the most convenient for me.“

“We went to drive thru approx 9:45 pm 1/21/22 It was a bit of a wait, and I was nervous our experience would not be good. However I was Pleasantly surprised ! Food was fresh and despite the wait our order was accurate, and literally I only saw one young man working. I felt so bad for him as he was busy with others In the drive thru, he needs to be recognized and encouraged he was doing a fantastic job in the current situation ! I did not get his name however I hope he doesn’t go unrecognizing by other employees he is a rock star !“

“Just wanted to give a shout out thanks to Andrea and the crew working tonight. The lid popped off my shake as I was putting it in my cup holder and Andrea immediately said they could remake it for me. She ran in to start the remake and brought me a ton of napkins so I could clean up my mess. Thanks so much, Andrea! 🙂“

“The app really needs fixed! It’s so frustrating that some days it works others it’s impossible. I’ve tried calling in and they can’t see anything wrong. Sucks! The food was good and fresh, the new wavy fries are addicting! Love their drinks and how we can customize them. So yummy!! Just fix your app!!“

“The staff wasn't that friendly. In fact, when we got to the counter to order, the gentleman was on his phone and acted perturbed that he had to get off to take our order.
We ordered 2 singles with cheese, a kids' meal, and fries. The food was fabulous! We will definitely go back for the burgers.“
