“I used your online ordering for banana split tonight. Unfortunately, my friend picked up my order for me, because they got home and there was no banana on my banana split! It should be a given that a person who wants a banana split wants a banana on it! I went onto the website again and banana is listed under all the ice cream flavors. This is very deceiving and easy to miss! I did not see it listed and even if I did I would have assumed everything listed was an ice cream flavor! If anything, you should have a separate section like you do for toppings that just says "no banana" so you ca check mark that if you don't want one, since 99% of people would want a banana. That's the point of getting a banana split......... Otherwise, the ice cream was good.“

“During 2022, I probably wouldn't have recommended this place. They were slow, food was cold and the younger staff seemed like they couldn't be bothered....however.....since then the place has really turned around. Food is hot, service is good and they're quick. It really seemed to turn around during the summer of 2023.The burgers are a good refreshment over the standard Gardner fare of McDonalds/Burger King, and the chicken tenders are far far far better than those of KFC. The cheesecurds are the best in Gardner though, even beating out Freddie's.“

Super helpful helps you if you want to try something new really yummy once again really good with suggestions. “I would have given 5 stars except for the fact the window cashier didn't give me back my change of $12.00. I was there on 3/18/22 @ 8:57:11pm, order #AAAESKPNAJFS. I didn't notice I was missing my change until after they closed. I didn't call the location the next day because I figured they would just think I was trying to scam them. However, after being in Retail for many years and completing thousands of cash reports myself, I know what it's like to have customers call and report a shortage in change given back. The cashier & I were distracted because I needed a lid put on my ice cream (the ice cream I ordered was great). Since my order was $8.16, amount tendered was $20.16, my change due of $12.00 made my order VERY expensive.** 03/23/22 ---> I edited this Review to 5 Stars. “This adorable little place is wonderful, I had no idea it was here. A friend took me and as soon as we walked in we were greeted and told about the selections. I had a triple chocolate malt and my friend had Dr. Pepper float ice cream. We were both very satisfied with our selection. Next door they have a tiny town for kids. The tiny town was absolutely adorable, clean and friendly as well. I highly recommend them.
