Kuddos to the amazing staff they were friendly, got our orders correct, went above & beyond to make our experience excellent!
My family were drive-thru guests this evening. We were the first in the line, after placing our order we pulled up to the window. We sat at the window for 9 minutes before an employee came to the window. The employee did apologize for the wait, but it took several more minutes for our food to be brought to the window. They were out of ketchup packets at the window, so they had to run to the back to get more. After we pulled away, we realized there were no napkins in the bag....read full review

Recently, the drive-thru service has been noted for being quick and friendly, with staff greeting customers with smiles and serving hot, fresh food. However, there have been some concerns during busier times, especially during dinner, when service was slower and communication between the staff was lacking. Despite these occasional issues, Hardee's remains a lovely dining experience worth revisiting.
