“FMK knocked it out of the park today for Mother’s Day brunch. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and the food was a 10/10. Even though they didn’t have a dedicated kid’s menu, my boys split the pancake combo and it was perfect for them to share. We also tried the lobster eggs benedict and the Korean steak & eggs- both amazing! Their breakfast potatoes are fantastic as well.
Our server was great and went out her way to help us enjoy our brunch with two small boys (not easy!) by bringing our food out quickly and staying on top of refills. We appreciated being able to get in and out, but they weren’t rushing tables either. Just a great experience all around!”

I'm sure the rest of their food is excellent too, but I love, love, love their rice bowls and choice of ingredients - white or brown rice, beef (or chicken or other protein), sauteed veggies, cheese, cilantro, black olives, peppers and choice of 5 salsas varying in heat level (i choose the middle one which has a little heat but not too much.) . Be sure to have them put lots of extra broth from the meat on your bowl. I had a rice bowl at Fuzzy's the other day and it doesn't come close to the delicious rice bowls at Poblanos. I'd never order one of theirs again.”

If you’ve had Jack in The Box tacos then you know why I did this. We moved from Texas and miss Jack tacos so much. This is the closest that comes to them! The staff was very friendly and our order was correct all the way. We even asked for extra napkins and ranch and she was so friendly about it. (We’ve had some pretty bad experiences at other establishments). She offered crowns for our 2 kids and gave us mini ice cream cones for them as well (part of their promotions) Our little family of 4 enjoyed our late night diner thanks to the great service we received. We will definitely stick to this location only going forward. !”

She asked me if i've ever eaten here before and I said no, she responded by recommending some of the specials including the food and beverages the restaurant provides. She was dealing with a sore throat throughout the entire time but she was still able to communicate with us and show determination to help take good care of my friend and I even though she wasn't able to really talk because of her throat and she ended up leaving early. We just want to say Thank You for going above and beyond tonight! I ordered a blooming onion, a burger with fries, a side of potato soup and a DP. Server totally genuine and top notch professional. Asked burger to be medium rare, was fully on target. Potato soup was excellent. Only suggestion would be cooking the blooming onion a couple minutes less time, and let oil drain off longer before serving - but it was good. My friend had a chicken/shrimp pasta dish. The chicken breast was moist, it is rare to find chicken cooked at a restaurant that is not dry. It was great. 5-star from myself.”

“Lived in Wichita for 34 years. It took a LONG time to find El Rancho! Not everyone's cup of tea - if you want atmosphere = Carlos. Wichita "tradition" = Felipe's (we hate it). Expensive = Abuelos. Old school = Connie's. But El Rancho is our favorite. Inexpensive, AUTHENTIC, some of the best Chile Rellenos ever -- and we've been to Olvera St. in L.A. and had good Mex in AZ and Colorado.
