The entire staff, from the kitchen, Chef, our server, every single person, was so amazing and excellent to us. The food was top notch as always, the new menu is exquisite and between us all we tried most of it. I don’t know how the Chef’s do what they do but, please don’t stop doing it. This is by far, our #1 place to eat in Wichita. We will be loyal patrons for years to come! Also, to everyone that was at Lotte while we were that sent us bottles of wine, drinks, etc. I hope you see this someday, that was completely unexpected but very much appreciated and we will never forget your kindness to us on the biggest day of our lives!”

“I found my new favorite restaurant in Wichita. To my knowledge this is the ONLY place in Wichita where you can get Xialong Bao. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. Especially the fried rice and dumplings. Also the staff are absolutely wonderful, they saw me trying to show the girls how to use chopsticks and they used some rubber bands and paper to fashion a little helper thing to keep the sticks together for the kids. Next time I am going back for the Shredded pork. I can’t wait! If you have not been, you have to give them a try!”

“Redrock Canyon Grill last night for a birthday dinner. There was double booking on our reservation that we placed a week ago, and we got the short end of the stick. Poor communication aside though, here's how dinner went. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer, and when it came out, the plate had like 6 chips on it. Seemed pretty steep for the price ($15), but we asked for more chips and they brought out an entire plate more for free. It came with the dip, as well as a small cup of salsa. Both tasted great! Extra chips made up for the perceived lack of portion size. For a main course, I got the 10oz Filet with mashed potatoes, and "something green" (green beans). The Filet was excellently prepared at requested "medium", with a ton of flavor! It was a stark contrast to what we got at Salt**ass. Tender, juicy, and well seasoned, with a nice crust! Sizes came in 6oz(?), 10oz, and 14oz. Easily the best steak I've had at a restaurant. I wish I would've gotten the 14oz, but not because I was still hungry....I just didn't want to good time to end. 🥴 Next up was the mashed potatoes.....and ho-lee-sht. Creamy, full of flavor! I could be wrong, but i felt like I tasted onions in them? I dont really know what's in them for sure, but i feel like I need to create a Redrock Anonymous group to deal with the withdraw I will be battling, until we inevitably go back. Green beans were also excellent. Not a lot to go over in specifics, but they were awesome, and the perfect companion to the rest of the culinary masterpieces on my plate. Our waitress was super attentive, and quick to refill drinks before they were empty. Very knowledgeable in specials and pricing, and overall a great communicator. This was literally the best meal I've had out at a restaurant, period, and Redrock is likely going to be our go-to for celebrations, and date night's from now on. If you haven't been, you've gotta go! Food: 10/10 Value: 9/10 Service: 9/10 Atmosphere: 9/10”

“On November 15th, 2025, a group of friends and I met at this IHOP for brunch and had an amazing time. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, but what really made our experience stand out was our server, Princess. She was absolutely incredibly—friendly, funny, and completely on top of everything from start to finish.
We had a slightly confusing situation with our tickets, but Princess handled it with total professionalism and made sure everything was corrected quickly. She was attentive throughout the entire meal, checking in on us, making sure we were taken care of, and adding such positive energy to our brunch.
By the end of our visit, the entire group agreed: Princess deserves a raise or a promotion. Her service went above and beyond, and she truly made our visit unforgettable. Highly recommend!”

“Such an amazing experience with the crew working 9/9/25 at 9:30pm. We did a mobile order and had to wait because we ordered 10 tacos. Yes tacos at Burger King. If you’ve had Jack in The Box tacos then you know why I did this. We moved from Texas and miss Jack tacos so much. This is the closest that comes to them! The staff was very friendly and our order was correct all the way. We even asked for extra napkins and ranch and she was so friendly about it. (We’ve had some pretty bad experiences at other establishments). She offered crowns for our 2 kids and gave us mini ice cream cones for them as well (part of their promotions) Our little family of 4 enjoyed our late night diner thanks to the great service we received. We will definitely stick to this location only going forward. !”

“Not sure why this is the first time I’ve seen T-Swirl Crepe, as I’m in that shopping center all the time, but I told my husband after seeing it today, that we were most definitely going to the crepe place, after we went to Cabela’s. lol. I got the the small strawberry banana crepe to share, because the larger one looked huge. OMG, this was one of THE BEST things I’ve EVER tasted in my entire life!!! In hindsight, I could have eaten the larger one all by myself, because it was just that good!! We will most certainly be back very soon for lunch to try the savory crepes…and of course, dessert. This place is right by my dad‘s house and I have a feeling I’m going to be stopping by to pick something up for my dad and I pretty frequently. My mouth is watering just thinking about the crepe I had today…simply AMAZING!!”

The only criticism I have was that our glasses of wine sat at the bar while our server walked around setting tables. He brought our wine after he brought our appetizer. Our server did have, in my opinion, inappropriate tattoos (satanic goat and 666) on his arm that were clearly visible when he handed us our food. It was pretty distasteful, but nothing to do with the food or service. We'll be returning despite the criticisms :)”

“Was into this Outback this afternoon. I personally do a lot of cooking in my spare time, for decades. Princess S was our server. I ordered a blooming onion, a burger with fries, a side of potato soup and a DP. Server totally genuine and top notch professional. Asked burger to be medium rare, was fully on target. Potato soup was excellent. Only suggestion would be cooking the blooming onion a couple minutes less time, and let oil drain off longer before serving - but it was good. My friend had a chicken/shrimp pasta dish. The chicken breast was moist, it is rare to find chicken cooked at a restaurant that is not dry. It was great. 5-star from myself.”

“The positive points are the following: 1. The wait staff have great personalities. Our waitress had a awesome personality. She went above her service for making sure that we had everything. The place was very busy and the waitress explained that to us. We were a party of 8 people. So, she was repeating coming back and forth to our big table. 2. The appetizers are fantastic and yes, worth the prices for them. We started out the big jalapeno poppers with shrimp inside them. Plus Onion fries as well. The taste was so good with that coating on the outside of each one of them. He order 12 of them for all of us. As we were finishing up with them. One of the managers brought out to our big table. Another round of 12 Jalapeño poppers. Plus a big size plate of onion fries as well. 3. We order all variations of steaks. We all had salads except for two people. Our steaks were fantastic cook to the way we all like them. Everyone had to ask for a box. In order to take food home because that's how much you get. We all got full from the appetizers and our salads. that we were able to see a little bit of our steaks and potatoes. But we had to take a lot home. That will tell you how big the portions are at Saltgrass.The quality is so delicious you don't need steak sauce to put on top of it. 4. The staff make sure that you do get your money worth from dining there. The negative points are the following: 1. It was a Friday night. 2. We we're a group of eight people. 3. We got there at 6pm. The hostess said it would be an hour to an hour in a half, before we could be seated. So, no problem as we understand that from being a big party. Our problem started after an hour and a half. As the Hostess was seating other big groups who just walked in the door. I went up to the hostess station and asked what was going on? We got two different answers from two different hostesses. One hostess said it would be another 30 minutes until we could be seated. But we saw other big groups being seated ahead of us. Which didn't set well with us. Lucky one of the managers walked up to the hostess station. She heard what was going on and it didn't set well with her as well. Because the hostesses should be on the same page about seating groups. 4. We got they're at 6:00 p.m. and was not seated until 7:50. So, yes there is something wrong with that picture. We always goes there to eat and this is the first time we had a major problem. 5. Yes, I say problem because honestly there is no excuse for it whatsoever. Even being a party of eight versus a party of four. In closing we still stood there and waited. Our bill was over $375.00. We will continue to go back. But this one time experience was not a happy one for us.”

“The West High Class of 1975's 50th reunion recently held their Friday evening mixer at WBC Delano's newly opened private room and what a great time we had!!! 100 of our classmates raved about WBC's new space while catching up. Staff went above and beyond to make the event amazing! WBC created a custom menu for us as well as provided a private bar, too. Scheduling was a snap. After our time wrapped, we went upstairs and enjoyed the open space and bar until closing. Good times!!!”

The meat is without chemicals or preservatives the food is fresh and the quality is definitely higher than in my viewpoint all other fast food places atmosphere is because the seating is not comfortable and the place was not clean the tables were dirty and the floors were dirty and I had to ask someone to clean the table because all of the tables empty were dirty. And she took forever to clean it it's like she felt like she was going to live there and all I wanted her to do was wipe it once but she felt like she had to wipe it like literally over 12 times the same place over and over and over and over and it was really frustrating I asked her if she would stop.”
