“Great coffee and atmosphere!“

“We have been to Toro twice now in the last week. We loved it the first time. My husband had the burger of the day and I had the ceviche and they were both quite good. The margarita we both had was also very good. We went back the second time and my husband had the Chef's special. It was great! I had the seafood paella and it was just OK. It was very overdone and the mussels on top were so overdone that there was no mussel left. It was totally dried up and no mussel was there. There were five or six and they were all like that. The calamari and other fish in the rice were also very overdone and the rice itself was too done also. The shrimp on top were cooked separately and just right. The dish was also so spicy that after a few bites I could taste little other than spice. I was disappointed in it as everything else was so good. We will for sure be back, but won't have the paella again. I feel like this could be a great restaurant with a bit more skill by the chef, but is very good as is. The people we have had as servers have been excellent.“

They have something for every member of my family (and we all enjoy something completely different)! If there is ever an issue, reach out to them and they will do their best to make it right!“

“The shop looks really cute ! It’s very American style of ice cream shop. There were many types of ice cream. We ordered strawberry milk shake, kids sande, one scoop of ice cream. I really recommend the strawberry milk shake. It was so good. People enjoy having ice cream with family and friends.“

“Arrived with a parking lot full and a big line inside. Still only took 5 min to get up to the counter, order and get a seat. Friendly staff, awesome food. I had the Brisket, mayo coleslaw and mashed potatoes. Great portion sizes and it tasted amazing. Not hard to see why they’ve been in business all these years that’s for sure!“

“I've eaten here a couple of times since my daughter started at WKU.
This morning while taking her back we stopped here and ate breakfast. The lady did greet us but upon making small talk, she didn't seem to interact.
We were seated and received our food quickly, it was hot, fresh and so good. I ordered the porkchop and gravy biscuit meal with the hash rounds. They tasted amazing! 👏 👏 👏
My husband ordered a dbl. sausage sandwich meal. He enjoyed his food. The place appeared clean and not overly busy. The drive thru seemed really busy since it was morning.
I would return to this location in the near future.“
