“Tonight we played in Barren County. On the way home, I took the girls to Chick-fil-A in Bowling Green, KY, to grab some food. Let me just say — the workers at the Chick-fil-A on Scottsville Road tonight were absolutely amazing! Great service, great attitudes, and awesome personalities. You don’t get that at most restaurants, especially when a big group walks in about 45 minutes before closing. I applaud them tremendously! They had a great team lead as well. Still some truly great people in this world! 🫶🏾❤️🤍“

“Food came out piping. Almost burned my mouth which isn’t expected with fast food. All of the staff were outstandingly wonderfully. I came in with a big group and the food came out in just a few minutes as fresh as ever. And clean bathrooms.“

“We’ve always liked Chick-fil-A, so while visiting Bowling Green we stopped by this location as well. One thing that really stood out to me was the fresh flowers on each table. It may seem small, but it made the restaurant feel warm and welcoming.
I also noticed a framed quote on the wall that said, “It’s Better When We’re Together.” That message honestly touched me, so I wanted to share the photo I took. There were other framed quotes around the restaurant too, but I didn’t want to disturb other guests by taking more pictures.
My daughters love the chicken sandwiches, but my wife and I always go for the Chicken Noodle Soup. It’s comforting, delicious, and feels like a healthier option too. If you haven’t tried it yet, I recommend giving it a try.“

“Major kudos to the true blue crew at this location. My friends and I were starving to death after canoe camping in mammoth cave national park and only one thing could satiate us - the butter burger. We looked at the online menu to peruse our options and quickly became drunk with power - so many options and mods! We made a lot of mods and the blue crew got every single one of them correct with lightning fast service. The group online ordering feature surprisingly works great!

I highly recommend the cheese curds with marinara and chocolate shake - ya can’t mess with the classics! Also, gluten free buns are available for our friends with tummy troubles - amazing! Thank you for making our dinner dreams come true.“

“Great place to stop all hours due to them being a 24 hour restaurant, their birra tacos 🌮 birra plate combo, desserts,are all amazing, I did have a lot of trouble understanding what one of the workers was saying one time through the speaker at the drive thru and I think we both were getting frustrated 😆 but 9/10 I just go inside.“

“Ok, it's McDonald's. The place was clean and the service was prompt. Felt bad for the poor girl behind the counter, some troll was trying to scam some free food. No receipt and could not even say what time the order took place. So be nice to the servers. The food was typical.“

“Okay using the kiosk placing my own order , right as I paid it ask if I wanted to leave a tip , what Iam I leaving a tip for myself ? And ordered a large drink and had to to ask for a cup and scanning QR code is a little ridiculous to get a drink . That fountain drink machine is lock up tighter than Fort Knox . But my food was amazing . The service was amazing, I waited on my self and I even was quick getting refill my drink and cleaned up after myself . 10 out of 10 on service .“
